The location was very central. Which is good. But that area was not comfortable to walk around at certain times. During the day I liked it since there is a lot of commerce.

Everything I needed the Hotel had it: Laundry service, iron, drinks, free coffee, restaurant. The staff were always very helpful. The price was very good.

Wifi barely reached to our 2nd floor room, and the location is in a dodgy part of town (after sundown).

The ladies working the hotel were very helpful and sweet, helping me secure futbol tickets the day I needed them! The staff was the best part of staying here (: The attached restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

No mini-fridge upon request. Also, booking.com failed to properly process payment, costing add'l 5% cc fee upon desk check-in.

Being diabetic, I travel w/ Insulin. No mini-fridge provided as requested in reservation, but staff accommodations w/ hotel fridge made up. Always with a smile & courteous.

If you have a room to the streetside you have a Lot of noise and Bad Air from early Morning to late evening. If you have a room one the inside it can get pretty warm and sticky tough. For me the weak Internet was the Main Problem.

Wifi was pretty bad. The noise from the street bothered me a lot, you should wake up before 7am not to hear it. Because it was centrally located, throughout the day it was extremely noisy. And the neighborhood was pretty sketchy, i went out once at 9pm and felt very much in danger.

Bed was comfortable, there was hot water.

The wi fi was truly appalling in Room 304. I needed to sit out in the corridor for a signal 99% of the time. Not good. I also found the location extremely noisy all night from traffic noise. I know, it's a big city.....

Before booking, visitors should be aware of the nature of the Medellín Centro area, which is extremely crowded and chaotic. It is also not advised to walk the streets after dark. Staying here was an adventure but probably not for everyone. However, security at the hotel is good and I never felt that myself or my possessions were unsafe once inside.

The staff were great, friendly and let me check in early. For the price, the room was exceptional value for money.

This is a place where you stay for a very very short time unless you have no choice. There are dark hallways, windows to rooms missing ( but you can't see inside unless you climb up) pretty much a bed and old wooden furniture. The worst was the "noise" in the morning sounded crazy like you were outside on a construction site? I booked for two nights, but only could last one night.

For the price it's hard to complain.

Tiny room, no lift to the 4th, minimal furniture, very few power sockets, shower head completely broken, no soap, no breakfast at all, even for extra payment. Room door felt insecure, very very noisy. A poor property, should not be available via B.c.
