United StatesWhat didn’t like was the bathroom. The entrance was too small there was a vent window which leads to the hallway, which invades privacy. The toilet water pressure wasn’t that good. Also I didn’t like the shower head was on top the floor was very slippery when soapy and water. Had to buy an anti slip shower mat. Water wasn’t as hot as I wanted also pressure. In room washer/dryer was very confusing to use crappy in my opinion. I guess it steam dries, you are just better hanging up your clothes to air dry. Room next to me was playing loud music possibly long term lodgers idk. For breakfast would’ve love to see bacon, sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal etc
Diana really made my stay here awesome. She is a great manager, I really would’ve been lost without her. They have a family vibe here, and also made me feel like family. The staff members were nice to me. It was my first time in Barranquilla, and it was great. My room was clean and very home like with a great view of the city. It was hot when I first entered the room and then temperature was adjusted to my liking by the bellman. Has pool on the roof with a great view. A gym which I didn’t find out about until my last day. Overall great experience great people.

"Wendy" who I'd met several years ago, now promoted, as I understand. A great attribute to the hotel! "Maria" at the downstairs and bar and restaurant most definitely an asset to the Crowne Plaza Team! Diana at front desk, so helpful and friendly and knew her business. Breakfast excellent. I most definitely will be returning to the Barranquilla Crowne Plaza!
