The bar was small, so you couldn't really sit there as everyone was doing transactions there. The open air cafeteria could be hot and uncomfortable at times. No air-conditioning, which I also noticed around the city

The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly from the Security, Front Desk, and Housekeeping Staff. Very clean. Eco-friendly. Mini bar options were great. Everyone greeted me with professionalism. I felt safe there.

Wifi on the other tower was barely working in my room. I asked management to check it, I wasn´t sure if they did something to check it though. It was still the same for the 2 nights that I was there.

The staff were accommodating and friendly especially Sebastian who always assisted us everytime we book at this hotel. Breakfast servers were also attentive even to tiny details of my request. Super! This is generally a nice area since there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Safe and accessible place to anywhere you want to go in the city.

Getting to the room was like going through a maze.

The hotel is walkable to many tourist spots and restaurants. Lobby staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has an abundant selection and varies daily. The room was spacious and well maintained, though it felt dated.

I requested my room for 2, system in showed 1 person and I had to register my sencond person 3 times and gor charged almist 100 dollars per register after I was told they switched it to 2 in their system. That was unexceptable

The first day I asked for a cousin visiting me the front desk told me visits ‘till 9pm. Next day same cousin tried to visit the front desk lady told me visits ‘till 6pm, I told her they went to different trainings, they are suppose to give the same info.

The elevators are small and without A/C but we managed. Hotel could provide better quality of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; bring your own if you're particular about the products you use.

We loved the service. As is usual when in Colombia, the staff were friendly, eager to help and serve. The breakfast had fresh fruit everyday and a wide buffet with variety. Room service is 24 hours and location was perfect. You have a lot of great spots walking distance.

One thing you have to know is that you have to pay 19 percent tax besides rate. If you have the immigration stamp make sure the check the right box to avoid this tax fee at hotels
