The location is AMAZING! It’s truly in the perfect spot! It’s near all the areas you went to explore. The hotel was so clean and nice. The rooms are HUGE! Comfortable beds. The pool Area was nothing fancy fancy but perfect if you want to swim. The gym was really nice, hard to find in Colombia!l (ha!) great spot overall.

They need coffee makers at the room, for long stays ordering coffee room service become too expensive.

It took over an hour to get my room service order delivered. I had to contact the front desk to follow up on it. However once it was delivered the food was delicious.

This hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was variety. I also enjoyed the pool and workout area.

Its annoying to me when the price told at reception is more expensive than the price on booking and the hotel then refuses to match bookings price, it seems rediculous that would be their policy, they pay a commission to booking so why not match or beat the price? and save the fee. Seems boneheaded.

Great location , impossible to beat really. Quiet at night but a short walk from everything in the Poblado area, nice big pool, we had dinner in the revolving restaurant on the roof which was a neat experience, we enjoyed the breakfast. The room is not huge, but its certainly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great

Repairs, noise and strong chemical smell during our stay. Pool lights not working. Not so close to the Metro, 20 mins there and 25 back up hill!

I really liked my stay at Hotel Dann Carlton Medellín. The breakfast was definitely a highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day right. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get around the city, whether I was walking to nearby restaurants or catching a ride to explore further. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Me and my girl came to visit her friend who had moved to medellin. when i booked on here they tried to ask $150 usd more for one more person but i came with 3 guys few months back and it wasnt an issue. Well when we walk in 1 guy and 2 girls they were very adamant i needed to pay extra. (there is a sign on the wall stating extra guests cost more) well they charge me $99usd for the other girl to stay. we didnt get breakfast but id assume it would be an issue there also. I understand where im at and that they are trying to keepy a classy hotel. So while i didnt like paying the money it was actually cheaper in person paying then on the website HOWEVER just book it here and pay it so there arent any issues. it sucks but the services and comfort here is worth it. if money is an issue there are plenty of other good hotels, but i wanted the best hotel. (for my budget ;) )

Dann Carlton always feels like im living the good life. best beds/bathrooms/facilities. Had a pretty decent gym with seperate cardio machines facing the pool. Suana was hot as hell and the spa ladies were very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and diffrent every day.

I have no complaints about this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past when I stayed travelled to Medellin and I like it so much that I keep on staying at it when I return.

I love the decor and vibe when you enter this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Great view from the bedroom window over Medellin. Breakfast is delicious with many options and the servicing staff at breakfast are very friendly and attentive. I found all of the staff I spoke to at this hotel polite and helpful. I would keep on returning to this hotel in Medellin if I had the choice.

I forgot a couple of glasses and my Phone charger, and they save and give it to me days after checkout when I called asking for it, a very honest staff, of course I will be back and stay here on my next trip!
