The water pressure was a little inconsistent in the bathroom- but that's truly my only complaint!

The pool is not heated and popayan during on the summer is on the colder side. The sauna has some exposed cables that need urgent fixing before an accident happens. Like I said breakfast was great but rarely was there some orange juice.

Nice staff. Beautiful building. Very centric. Breakfast was plentiful and included local foods. The fountain and architecture are lovely. Good security.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was excellent. The staff were all helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. The price was very good for a quality hotel.

Windows don't open, so to get some fresh air you need to open the French doors, which lead to a shared rooftop terrace.

Probably the best hotel in Popayan. Beautifully restored former monastery furnished with period details, lovely garden and courtyard, spacious and comfortable room, wonderful buffet breakfast (included in the price), great location.

Honestly, nothing, it was great, the only nitpick would be the lack of jacuzzi and it's hard to get a 2nd cup of coffee at breakfast, but I'm nitpicking here. Overall amazing.

This place is so worth the price. Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, nice shower, great ground, pool, sauna and turco, great breakfast The only thing missing is a jacuzzi, but they said they're thinking of putting one in. We really enjoyed our time here secure parking, and very pet friendly.

Small thing but would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter. But only a small thing.

Excellent location and loved that the hotel is an old monastery. Would have liked to hear more about the history of such a lovely building.

Exceptionally charming hotel, the most beautiful we had in Colombia. Very close to the historical center. Very good menu at the restaurant. The rooms are authentic and large. There is a bath (the only one we had in Colombia).

Amazing character hotel located in a refurbished monastery, beside a large church. Short distance to central town plaza. Large inner courtyard with fountain and flowers. Outdoor swimming pool. Staff friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, and the bathroom facilities all worked. Restaurant not busy, but had a fine meal there. Breakfast buffet, including eggs to order in the morning. Several other restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely room in a colonial monastery. Beautiful, quiet courtyard with fountain. Great breakfast on a lovely terrace and helpful staff on reception. Ideal location for city centre and easy walk to bus terminal and airport. Lots of restaurants nearby.. Also very late check out times! Would return here.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, I would only suggest a better Wi-Fi connection.

I like this type of colonial architecture, and this monastery is beautiful 😍 and well maintained. Its antique furniture complements the colonial style of the place. The weather was a little cold for swimming, but I was able to enjoy the Turkish bath and sauna.

There was an eruption of a nearby volcano, warnings for the whole city regarding the ashes and going outside only wearing a mask and long sleeves. Nobody in the hotel warned me.
