    Great location. Maybe 5 star I’m Bogota but not up to 5 star European standard . Basic breakfast . Pricey. Location couldn’t be better though.

    Cleanliness in room not good . Dropped something under the bed and obviously not cleaned regularly. Basic toiletries . No conditioner . Breakfast poor .

    Location is perfect. Breakfast is okay

    Rooms are in bad shape and not as on the pictures at all. Laundry service is really bad.

    Helpful staff, great breakfast, very comfy mattress

    Room was too warm at night and we were unable to make it cooler

    Very central locational

    The location is good

    As we booked this to stay during an expo, where we need a hotel with pool to be able to relax after whole day standing, it was weird that the pool is closed from 19:00. We arrived daily after 19:00. Bar closed, dry cleaners service the worst ever. Comes 2 days too late back. Should be a 5 star hotel. As we travel a lot, this isn't even a 3 star! Rooms are poorly cleaned. Rooms are not same, as we booked 5 rooms we had huge difference in room size. No pressure on the showers and temperature was just about warm, not hot. And in a cold city like Bogota you wish to have a hot shower. Never again at this hotel

    No air conditioning and basic facilities in the room which is expected for an old hotel

    we don't know, since we couldn't contact the staff the day of our arrival and could find parking at night time, even thought they said they have around but you need to make arrangements before hand

    while the location might be good during the day, during the night is too dangerous to be wandering around on foot, we couldn't find a spot to park and check in and the property didn't respond our phone calls during the day or night, and the message thru booking was answered after we booked another hotel at 10 pm since we couldn't find parking to leave the car and talk to them in person when we arrived at 9pm so we had to book another room in another area. and you're likely to get a ticket for parking on the street or get your bags stolen if you leave it around at night time. (a local was with me at the time for a more knowledgeable opinion)

    The room views were excellent from the seventh floor. Very classic colonial views. The location was perfect with all the museums within walking distance.

    The furnishings were worn and the bathroom tiles broken and not very clean. The hallways were equipped with motion detection lights which were slow to react, leaving patrons in pitch black hallways! It was a bit unnerving.

    Breakfast was good, however we were relocated from our booking the night before we left into a smaller hotel as they were redoing the plumbing and had no water. They picked us up and our luggage the next morning and transported us to the hotel but we were not allowed to check into our room until after 3. We were supposed to be there for two nights and ended up being there for one. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Should have been giving us better notice than that
