The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The King size bed had a dip in the middle that hurt my back. The smaller one was hard. There were no mattress covers which seemed unsanitary, the sheets were put directly on the mattress which allowed you to feel the mattress design under the sheet. On top of it the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress well so when you slept or moved around it would slip off and then you were sleeping directly on top of the mattress which was gross to me. It's unfortunate this was the case because everything else was great.

Great quiet location on the beach. Staff were friendly and the owners also live on the property which gives it a nice family feel. The private room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The food portions are great and well-priced. They made me a really great salad that I was really happy with. There are local tours to the mangroves, and you can go into Tolu to go see the Islands.

Only one bathroom for thr bunk beds, but a shared bathroom for the private room.

Fully our favorite to relax and get into holiday vibe !! Amazing staff and wonderful owners, super friendly family vibe. Some plants in the gardens, beautiful paintings, Hammocks on the beach and even in the aquamala room, Great food, nativa serveza, Stunning beach and not so dirty and loud as the other places and covenas x3

there are limited food choices nearby so you depend on the kitchen at the hostel the food is little, the choices limited and it takes long to get it; but there is a small kitchen where you can prepare yourself some food..

It's okay

Great location, you go straight to the quiet equipped beach. Good rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Very much liked the common social spaces, approached with a soul to decorate. Huge thanks to the hospitality of the local volunteers, a great evening with music to the sound of the waves. And a boat walk with Mauro and Valentin. Would love to go back again🖐

Kitchen was quite messy and missing some essentials (only a couple plates, no good knife). The bed was a little uncomfy, you sink into it, sheets had stains in them. Sand everywhere which makes the room/bathroom feel dirty but that’s always a problem in beachside hostels.

Right next to the beach, nice outdoor areas (though not really like the pictures), shared kitchen. Dorm was good sized, bathroom and lockers outside. AC also during the day.

Staff were incredible, they were fast, respectful, efficient, and made me feel at home. Specifically Jose, Eider and Jesus. It also has an amazing location in-front of the beach

Reception staff was very unpleasant and fail to provide timely information regarding the kitchen opening hours, location and payment - I asked one question via Booking and never got a response. When I went down to reception for dinner at 7pm, the staff told me "I was too late" so I only could choose between two options. When I asked for a beverage in the bar, the staff indicated she did not want to do it cause she was sick so she could only offer what it was prepared already, e.g., soft drinks. The service at the Bar/reception was very bad and can improve a lot to make the full experience nicer. The day after construction works, near my room (less than a meter away), started at 8am without a prior notice from the administration.

Facilities and location are really good. The beach is in front of the Hostel!

Unfortunately they sell the sunbeds by the beach also to non-Hostel guests. On a Sunday it got very busy, so that there was no more space left. So the exclusive and private beach atmosphere was gone and also the tranquility that we were hoping for. Especially the breakfast in the restaurant is expensive and not a good value for the price. They only offered a fried arepa with egg (with a tiny portion of fruits) and a hot drink, which you can find outside for less than half the price. We also found the price for water overpriced and bought it outside way cheaper. Also the restaurant run out of some ingredients for lunch and dinner, so some dishes were not available. The bill of the hostel (accommodation and restaurant costs) can only be paid in cash (or with some Colombian bank transfers).

It’s a small, lovely hostel with very relaxed vibes. It’s just by a beautiful beach. The garden is charming.

Very peaceful laid back place, especially weekdays I was the only guest at times. Swimming is great in the morning; after midday the wind gets up, so sea is more choppy but its a welcome breeze. Private, covered beachfront area with loungers + hammocks. It's a very friendly place, garden, small kitchen for guests, fridge etc. This is my third or fourth time here, so that says it all 😊 P.S. Don't miss the canoe through the mangroves trip with Valentin, it's beautiful 😍. He'll also take you offshore for some fishing from the canoe, for a small fee + bait.

Staff war really great, friendly, Open-minded and helpful. nice location with private beach and bar with reasonable prices. there was great live Music, too. for Sleep it was Not too noisy. I‘ve stayed in the dorm with actually 7 beds. I was the only Gringo. lot of colombians are around to celebrate the weekend. Lots of Beach bars close by. nice to walk at the beach.
