The constant loud music was overwhelming and not enjoyable for us. It seemed like the hotel was geared towards families who don't mind the noise. Children were running around loudly, making it hard to relax. Plus, not a single staff members spoke English, which made things difficult. Getting a taxi was a hassle, the receptionist denied my request to call us a cab and handed me the phone to do it myself, which I found quite rude. They only had one functioning restaurant with buffet, and trying to make lunch/dinner reservations at their sister hotel was a slow and complicated process so we didn't manage. The check-in window from 3 to 5 was too long, and there wasn't anywhere to wait comfortably for our room. The hotel felt crowded and chaotic, not the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for in a resort.

The overall facilities are good. Our room was quite spacious, although very warm. The buffet restaurant offered a variety of food options.

It’s very minor but there is a gap between 10 a.m and 12 you won’t find anything to eat. So be sure you don’t miss the breakfast.

The location is amazing, there is a lot of activities and animations across the day. There is a variety of food so will always find something to eat. Room very comfortable, very friendly staff.

this hotel lacks a lot of the things you expect for a hotel this prize. it’s located in one of the most famous coffee regions in the world and there are no coffee pots in the rooms. I had to walk a long way to the hotel lobby at 6 am to get a 4 ounce cup of coffee to enjoy in the room’s balcony with a beautiful view. most basic things you need to request end expect they are available: a fridge, for example. there are hammock hooks in the balconies but no hammocks available. buffet food is barely ok. the location is great and very convenient to go to the animal park, the facilities are nice but the service can be much better.

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience. After driving four hours to reach your location, I presented my U.S. Passport Card as identification. Unfortunately, the staff refused to accept it and informed me, in a dismissive manner, that “only a passport is a legal document.” This left me standing alone at the counter and feeling unwelcome. As a traveler from another country, I believe staff should be more informative and professional when explaining identification requirements. Additionally, it would be helpful if your office provided clearer guidance on accepted documents and ensured that staff were trained to deliver this information respectfully. For safety reasons, many travelers prefer not to carry a passport at all times, so having updated information about which legal IDs are acceptable would prevent misunderstandings like this in the future. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope steps can be taken to improve communication and customer service for others in similar situations.
