Limited storage in small room, no bin, only one hook on door. Room door and window opened into eating area next to kitchen, so limited privacy. Only one accessible power point, high on wall. Bathroom very small, no hooks for towels. Card payments have 5% added.

Nice hostel on quiet street, 20 min walk from bus terminal. Keycard access at front door (details given once checked in), good lock/key to private room. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful, some volunteers spoke English. Lots of information provided by WhatsApp for things to do/see around and about Pereira. Coffee tours available to book. Very clean, and cleanliness maintained throughout the day. Wifi/internet/network generally good, but did sometimes drop intermittently (briefly) without warning. Laundry available at extra cost (COP 20,000/kg). Good clean shared kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, a few pots and pans, cupboard space. Breakfast (ham, eggs, toast, coffee) was part of our room deal, or COP8,000 for others. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7pm. Recycling bins available, not sure if always adhered to (some guests just throwing stuff in nearest bin, regardless), plenty of signs reminding you to conserve water and energy. Lovely, large, well kept garden at back for everyone to enjoy. Not too hot or cold, good fan in small room. Good lighting. Bedside table. Remote control for ceiling fan/light. Good lighting in bathroom. Hot shower, if water pressure kept low.

Best Hostal I ever stayed in! Super clean, staff is very friendly. Free towels and breakfast. Great places to relax. The location is really good and close to downtown. The beds are comfortable with a curtain for privatcy, own outlet, light and fan at each bed. Two big lockers for your stuff. 10/10!

My room has a little glass above the balcony door which was not possible to close and too much light got in in the morning. the next evening I covered it with a towel to be able to sleep in a bit more darkness.

We had the room next to the kitchen so we could hear everything from 7am when they start preparing breakfast and it didn't feel private enough, but since we always wanted to get up early it was ok for us. Breakfast is very simple, eggs, toast and black coffee but it is ok for the price you pay.

The location is great next to restaurants and supermarkets in a very safe area. The place has a very friendly atmosphere with common areas like the terrace and the kitchen. Staff are all very kind and the whole place was quite clean.

Gorgeous stay in Pereira, near a strip of restaurants. Loved the details in our bedroom, and the huge garden! 5 mins ride from the bus terminal, safe neighbourhood, good WiFi… Overall, it exceeded our expectations :D It made our break of a long trip to Salento - muchas gracias xo

Comfortable bed with curtains. Didn't use the kitchen but it looks in good condition. Comfortable communal spaces as well. The showers are good with hot water, and you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. The girl who was working daytime was very friendly and patient in answering various questions. You can leave bags here if you plan to go hiking in the nearby park. Quiet part of town with restaurants and bars nearby.

Exactly as in the picture, super nice and modern. Room was very large and well equipped, we actually felt like in a hotel with shared (but super clean) bathroom. They organised an Uber as we had an early flight, it was on time and cheap.

The external laundry service somehow managed to lose one of my T shirts. The video recording showed the man counting 6, yet he wrote down 5 on the paper that he gave to the hostel manager. Of course, the T shirt that “disappeared” was the only one of an expensive brand… I can’t say for sure if the property could have done more to retrieve it, but I would recommend avoiding using this laundry service especially since they have apparently denied any wrongdoing even after seeing the video.

The property was nice and clean, rooms were nice and beds were comfy.

Strange that the interior is nice but the place seems so disorganised. Entrance not properly signed, you don't know where to go. Often there were no staff there – I and others struggled to get into the building and were let in by guests rather than staff. Breakfast was provided, but you had to ask about it, nobody explained. No information provided about tours/activities in the area. Payment only in cash.

I enjoyed this place and Pereira so much that instead of staying one night, I ended up staying 4 nights haha. Perhaps the only downside is that it's a bit empty cus it's a new hostel and it's the low season, but if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a good price, this hostel is unbeatable.

Brand new facilities in great condition. The owner and staff are super friendly. It was the owners birthday and she handed out cake to guests.

There were no ceiling fans, only portable fans which were very very loud. Windows in the room did not close - there were large gaps which meant bugs and flies easily could get in. Also with the windows open, the noise from the street was quite loud.

Fantastic hot showers with great pressure. Access to a kitchen and fridge which was useful.
