United StatesNo complaints. But if you have back problems you have to take a flight of stairs to get to reception. Again I recoomend hotel but you will have to take flight of stairs. Better yet check with hotel for more info. I do not want to mislead anyone.

DenmarkI asked the personnel to wake me up in the night which they told me they would. They never knocked the door, so be aware of that if you need to catch a morning plane. Set an alarm.

GermanyIt wasn't a big problem, but the main counter staff didn't speak English. If possible, it would be a good idea to provide more tourist information at the counter for tourists. When I asked about the zoo, It was given incorrect information. (They said the only way to get there was by taxi, but we took the bus )
Breakfast was a simple Colombian breakfast and was okay. The staff serving meals were also friendly. It was also nice that the supermarket was right next door. Overall, it was clean and the room was in good condition.

SpainThe location seems to be good during the day but it is a bit unsafe at night. The staff, on the first night when we just arrived, not only didn t inform us but instead sent us to an atm several streets away. Midway to the atm we turned back and asked to pay in the morning. It is a very modern hotel in general, and costumers should be able to pay with card.
The room was very clean, new, and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was great as well. We had a noise problem the first night and the lady in the reception next morning changed our room in a second. It was very nice of her.
