The water in the lake was a bit low, but that’s just Mother Nature!

Being absolutely honest, the food was sub-par, and they can use a few minor upgrades like hooks and shelving in the bathroom to hang towels and personal toilettries. Sland store additional towels in either the room or bathroom.

The staff was absolutely phenomial! The most friendliest, kind, and patient souls I have ever met. It is a no-brainer: the views are breathtaking, and the facilities are clean & the amenities are top-notch! I 100% recommend for solo trips & and a couple's getaway.

The road leading to the property was a bit rough. I wish there was a switch to turn the outside lights on and off so that you could enjoy the dark sky at night.

We had a great first time experience of Glamping. It was very clean and comfortable and was very private. The staff were nice and polite, it was an added bonus having your food delivered to your room. There was more than enough extras if you needed them in your room and not too expensive either. The views from our room were great and there was a walkway leading to the lake and gardens, however the lake was dried out due to lack of rain fall. I would definitely recommend it if visiting Guatape.

There are two disadvantages that we found in this Glamping. The first is that the location of our dome was a little close to the main road, and you could hear the traffic on the road. The second disadvantage is that the exit road from the glamping site is on a very dangerous sharp bend in the main road, with no possibility of seeing the cars coming, creating a great risk of accident. It would be good if mirrors were installed to see the traffic to make this exit safer.

Domus Glamping is located very close to Guatapé. Finding the place was easy. The facilities are new, clean, comfortable, and with a romantic atmosphere. The attention of the staff is outstanding, they coordinated an excellent violin musician as a surprise for the new year, and they gave a Colombian traditional New Year's kit (año viejo) to say goodbye to the year. Domus has the advantage of having a kayak, paddleboard, and a couples pedal boat that can be used at any time free of charge. It is perfect for exploring the reservoir and enjoying the sun.

The tent gets very hot in the morning, but it is ok because push you to enjoy other activities and the facilities of the hotel.

It is an amazing place! The facilities are beautiful! I loved the included activities in the price, such us kayak and stand up paddle. The food was good as well!

We consider that for the price we paid we didnt receive a high quality service. Aircon and internet didn’t work during our time there. And a breakfast scheduled by 8:30 am was served around 11 am.

Staff was really attentive and place was nice and clean.
