United StatesI texted earlier to confirm I was coming but never received a response. When I arrived no one was there at the front desk. I appreciate that the door stays locked but someone should be there to respond when the bell rings. I called the phone and eventually someone came to let me in and proceed to check in. Otherwise the staff were nice and helpful and gave me directions. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you'll hear your neighbors.
The room was clean and the shower was hot! The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the main square. It was easy enough to get to the thermal baths from the main square via Jeep Willy. Much cheaper than staying at the hotels closer to the thermals. Definitely worth it!

ColombiaWe had to stay in a room with no windows at all, which made us feel claustrophobic at the point that you cannot know if it's day or night, the room got very hot at night and was hard to sleep since you could hear all the noise that the same workers did in the hall, they were very noisy.
The staff gave us advice about where to get transportation for the termales, where to get the bus and what time, also recommended us a trusted private transport.

DenmarkNeither the room nor the bathroom had windows and there was no ventilation so it got stuffed and clammy - especially after a shower. The shower was just a pipe sticking out the wall without a shower head. The couple who runs the place behaved like ill-mannered teenagers. They were rude and acted like the guests were a nuisance. There are signs in the hallways asking the guests to be considerate and keep the noise down. The only ones being noisy were the hosts - shouting, arguing, watching TV or playing things on their phones loud enough for it to be heard all over the hotel from early morning and late into the evening. Despite advertising free parking we got charged for parking when we arrived. My wife and I are traveling on 2 motorcycles. I had informed the hotel about that prior to our arrival. As a result they charged us for an extra vehicle despite still only asigning us 1 parking spot (which is plenty for our bikes) in an otherwise empty garage. I have stayed in countless hotel all over the world. This is the most unpleasant and unprofessional hosts I’ve ever encountered and the main reason for the low rating.
Clean room with a relatively comfortable bed. Secure parking - but it wasn't free! Sweet cleaning lady.

IrelandOur hotel room door would not lock so we did not have security with our luggage. Also, other guests were very noisy and tried to enter our room on two occasions which was very unsettling.

CanadaThey started renovation of the hallway at 7am... The saw and the hammer doing ceramic work. Impossible to sleep. Also the room only had one towel since I arrived alone before my gf arrived at night. I didn't bother to ask for a second one. When we left the following morning the lady said we took a towel and said its always 2 towels in the room. I told her there was only one and she did not Beleive me and was super rude afterwards. I didn't even bother asking if she could keep my bag. Also most room don't have windows so not ideal at all.
