The huts were super cute and cosy, bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms felt luxurious. The pool was an essential in the Colombian heat and well utilised by us. I strongly recommend the massage parlour !

The wifi occasionally dropped out and we had a few black outs secondary to stormy weather.

I stayed at Eco Hostal Yuluka as a solo traveller to explore Tayrona Nationalpark. The Hostal is extremely well located, just a 30 minute walk or a 3 minute bus ride from the East entrance El Zaino. The Hostal is very clean and the dorms with mosquito nets and huge lockers. Isabella and Klara from the reception were a delight and also Mike from the restaurant was kind and extremely helpful, I felt very looked after and welcomed. They also practised Spanish with me, muchas gracias por eso :) Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The public washing machine could use an update

The bungalow was comfortable. The shower was hot. The property was beautiful. Close to El Zaino entrance to Tayrona - complimentary shuttle to Tayrona.

No return shuttle from Tayrona.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was great and really helpful. They also gave us a free ride to the El Zaino entrance of the Tayrona park.The enviornment of the hostal is really beautiful, set in the nature, so it really feels very relaxing. The breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant were very tasty :) on the last day after check out, they let us stay in the hostal and still take advantage of the pool and beautiful facilities for relaxing.

Unfortunately we experienced several set backs during our stay. It started with a pick up from the airport which was supposed to be organised by the hostal. After arriving we found out that no one was waiting for us. Though we had to wait for 45 minutes after arriving, the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the hostal. The room was cozy and as per photos, however, we did not have hot water in shower (after 2 nights they fixed it), there was a blood stain in the bath, the sink in the bathroom was leaking water to the floor and our air conditioning was not working properly (we could not adjust the temperature) so we were using the fan instead. The fan worked well but it was dirty and since it was exactly on top of the bed, it made our bed messy (lot of small grains). We also had several bugs in our room and heard very loud frog sounds at the night which made it difficult to sleep but that's something you have to count with if you are staying in nature. :)

I loved my stay at the Eco Hostal Yuluka, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, so helpful and lovely to talk to for advice and tips on onward travel. Mike was amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing. The food was delicious and the rooms were stunning. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable and welcoming. 🫶🏻

Nothing, I loved everything!

The hut up in the trees. Lots of wildlife. Iguanas bugs bats even saw a tiny snake

The road was next to property.

Beautiful grounds. Staff (especially Miguel) were amazing and had helpful tips. Free shuttle to park entrance was great and so was the free laundry. The food was really tasty and they could cater for vegans well. The private room we stayed in was nice and big and felt very private.

The hostel dogs bark a lot (including at night) so if you’re staying in the rooms close to the reception area, it may be annoying.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature and close to the national park Tayrona entrance. They have a good restaurant where we could order fish or meat for dinner and also a small pool. It was so relaxing, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Mike who works there is great!! Very helpful planning on what we were doing that week! The food is delicious!

Great location to go to the park, they drove us there in the morning, and the rooms were really cool with the thatched roofs and the bathroom design. Overall a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was comfortable and clean, staff was amazingly friendly and me and my friend could store our luggage to go to Tayrona, it has a social vibe, I liked the food in the restaurant and the cute dogs strolling around.

Breakfast could have been a bit better and it’s very loud due to its location at the Main Street. For me it was ok because thar made it very accessible.

This was better than expected! The room was spacious, lots of places to lounge, hot water shower and helpful staff. I’d highly recommend it!

Great stay! We enjoyed the private room with a lovely balcony to relax on. Pool was great, surrounded by nature, staff do a great job keeping the outdoor areas tidy. Kitchen with filtered water & a washing machine for free use .

We appreciated the shuttle to Tayrona however it would be better if the shuttle left earlier as the line was 2 hours long when we arrived.

The food was very good, excellent personal service and rooms were pretty

There were a lot of worms in the room, which definitely makes not a good experience for me
