We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KenyaUnfortunately the area is very noisy, with many bars playing loud music on most nights of the week, even until 3 or 4 am. Not so much the music as the pounding bass beat that is all the fashion these days!!
Very clean and tidy apartment, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom facilities. Kitchen was a good space but a wider variety of kitchen utensils would have been useful. Host was very helpful and keen to provide whatever was needed.

United StatesThe insulation is thin in the building and you can hear lots of noise from neighboring rooms and outside noise from nearby bars/clubs. I had a minor issue when paying on arrival, as my US credit and debit cards were not accepted by their third party payment system. However, it was resolved and they were flexible with my ability to pay cash the next day
A great comfortable loft for a reasonable price! Both on-site employees Jose and Maria were friendly and always reachable if I had a question. The optional laundry service was also very convenient and reasonably priced. The location was also great, only a couple blocks from many great bars and restaurants

United StatesThe management at this property really needs to re-evaluate their treatment to PAYING guests and employees. I received several insults and threats when I refused to pay (paid 50%) for extra 5 hour of Stay for me and my cat, while I finished my telework shift. I was moved to another apt. Where the A/C did not work well. We were all those hours under a temperature between 25 and 30C. I raised all my complaints timely. When I left the property, I did pay only 50% because I did not receive a proper accommodation. I started receiving calls and messages from the owner. He accused me stealing and threaten to discount the alleged missing payment to his employees. It was merely USD$8. He never took ownership of the problem and expects a full payment when he does not solves issues in a timely fashion. I share this here, as anyone that is paying for a service should not be required to endure insults or pay 100% for mediocre service. I have empathy for his employees and invite anyone that has experienced the same, to file a complaint with Secretaria de Turismo de Cali and cite his National Turism Registration #113689.
The staff (concierge and cleaning crew - José and Maria) were awesome. The owner: AVOID. Beds were confortable.
