There were only a couple things that we thought was a bit odd and that was there wasn't really any place to unpack your suitcase to put your clothes and the only place to hang some clothes was a bar over the counter where the coffee pot and snacks were. The other thing was the bathroom did not have any counter to put your toiletries or anyplace to hang your towel or clothes to change other then the one hook in the shower.

All the staff were friendly the location was nice with near by restaurants and shops. The hotel had a cool geometric décor throughout the property. It felt modern yet comfortable if that makes sense. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The room we had was spacious but that could have been because of the lack of a dresser or wardrobe closet. The complimentary breakfast was offered at the Turkish restaurant attached next to the hotel and we tried most of them during the week long stay and all tasted good. The staff there was also very friendly and accommodating.

The wifi connection was poor and the power went out a couple of nights during our stay 😔 we were unable to work efficiently with the wifi either being choppy on some days and completely out on some. It would be nice to have a microwave added to the room for lengthy stays.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, very cozy vibe. It was also in a great shopping area, you can find cafes, restaurants, stores and supermarkets all in one central location surrounding the hotel. It's absolutely beautiful at nights. The lady at the front desk (carol) was very nice, very accommodating and tried her very best to ensure that we had what we needed. Even though she knows limited English she always tried her best to communicate with us using a translator which was very efficient. I liked that there were 2 restaurants at the hotel that served breakfast(included in stay), lunch and dinner.

not even a bottle of water, water is in the minibar and you pay for it, even a small bottle By a noisy road No wardrobe or hanging space, there is plenty room to have one

Location was OK for daytime, didn't feel comfortable to walk to some other areas from there at night. Room is a nice size, shower was good. Taxi driver arranged by the property is excellent.

Poor wifi in the room, but there is lobby with kind of coworking space, so in fact, fair enough.

This was my second stay at this hotel. When looking for accommodation in Cali, I didn't even consider other locations. This hotel is a good combination of quality and price.

The windows in my room did not open, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel staff did not speak English, which could be improved; however, they were really SUPER kind and always eager to assist.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The helpful staff, cleanliness of the premises, and comfortable beds made my stay very pleasant. I especially appreciated the dedicated workspace available in the room, which was perfect for catching up on work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort, with a small note on the language barrier.

Love the location as it's close to activities/shops/restaurants, breakfast is tasty and included, shower warms up, a/c in room works perfectly, the other hotel restaurant is delicious, the rooms have: mini fridge, hangers, and nice shampoo and conditioner included, the facilities are stylish and the staff is so friendly.

There was a crack somewhere, where Mosquitos can come inside.

This is a great hotel for business travelers. Great location. It is a relatively quiet area. The staff is very polite and extremely friendly and is ready to help you at any time. Breakfast is not an amateur. Maybe I need to print the menu tomorrow in a larger font - because it was difficult for me to read. Well, maybe start breakfast a little earlier (when I was at the hotel it started at 7:00). In general, I recommend this hotel for accommodation.
