The dorm beds aren’t very private - it’s just a mosquito net over the bed, and not a curtain, but there are lots of fans in there and good bathroom facilities. The wifi only works in the coworking area.

The hostel is huge and really cool, it’s like a little village and y pretty reasonably priced given people don’t really leave after arriving until they check out. The meals were really good, and there are lots of activities to participate in: the tubing and the party was so fun! There’s a deck on the river and lots of hammocks which you can relax in, and it’s super social.

I loved the whole atmosphere of the hostel, all the staff were lovely. Especially Jimmy Gould who worked there really made my stay more enjoyable and easy going, he showed me around the place and made it easy for us to fit in!

Loved this place. The vibes and activities were 10/10. Favourite part was volunteering with their Foundation and going to play football with the community girls. Maria was great at sharing a bit about the foundation activities and how guests could support!

The thing that bothered me the most was that there were no hangers or shelves on the shower in a shared room. I had to hang the towel on the doorknob and didn’t have a place to put clothes, toiletries and other stuff. They charge 5% more if you’re paying the bill on credit card (only the food and drinks you consume during your stay). The WiFi only works on the coworking area, some in the restaurant and nearby. No WiFi in the shared rooms. The shelves on the room needed a little cleaning, but since the bathroom and the bed were good it didn’t bother me that much.

The location of the hostel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The river is delicious and there are places to rest throughout all the property. The bed was clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and well served. The restrooms are cleaned often and there is drinkable water fountains around the property. Be aware this is a hostel for people that enjoy partying, as there is music most of the time and a busy dance floor at night.

Overall vibes were 10/10, playing football with the locals was 10/10, food was 10/10, but the staff were 11/10, especially the volunteers. Shoutout to Keya, Gonzalo and Liberty, my stay would not have been nearly as great without them x
