My room didn't have a window, but considering that i didn't stay in that much it didn't bother me much. The doors were poorly fitted into this gorgeous old building thus it wasn't really soundproof... my neighbour snored a lot. Breakfast was simple, and the coffee was mediocre at best.

Taking a dip in the pool right after getting up and having breakfast right after is THE way to start your day. Clean and tranquil place to stay. The aircon in the room was much appreciated.

The bed was comfortable but the room was a bit more rustic than we anticipated: flimsy door and lock, lighting not optimal especially because we had to keep the shutters closed, seeing that we were on the main floor, right behind the check-in desk. Fortunately we only had a neighbour above us for the last night. Even being mindful of the other guests, the sound proofing is quasi nonexistent.

Fabulous location in proximity to the main square of the historic site. Breakfasts were excellent but there are no options of any kind.

The rooms are basic, some don’t have windows, one was right next to the reception. We asked to be changed upstairs and they did. For a couple nights it’s totally fine.

The swimming pool area was super nice, and the location was perfect for visiting Santa Fe. The staff was super friendly and flexible.

The breakfast was insincere and the staff didn't even come in, but the door was locked and I woke up at 1 am to frost knocking on the door. There was no word of apology. Most of the staff didn't smile and were scared.

It was nice to be able to relax by the pool on a hot day.

Good location and nice little pool just a short stroll to main plaza. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I got a last minute deal and it wad worth the price.

It would be extremely important to adapt the rooms with anti-noise doors. My room was next to the reception and I was able to hear almost everything, even the alarms or the music they played. Also, it would be good if they consider to change the floor of the 2nd floor, since the wood is quite thin and the footsteps of the people who walk above can be heard.

The hotel has an excellent location, next to the police station. I was alone at the hotel and they did allow me an early check-in due to this. They received me with a cocktail and I appreciate that. The room was comfy, it had TV with cable, air conditioner, and its own bathroom. The hotel also has a good space, the pool looks clean and next to it they have a bar where you can order beverages for an extra cost. The breakfast is good for the price.

The pool was shot with a wide angle lense. It's ridiculously small. The hotel has zero parking and the room I was offered was like a small cave with no windows. I chose not to stay and found other accommodations.

The staff was nice except for one person who was kind of annoyed all the time? Didn't seem to want to accommodate even the smallest requests like having breakfast in the patio. The roof on our room was made out of wood and we could hear everything coming from the room upstairs. Every single step. You can't even have a conversation because the walls are paper thin. They put us in a room next to the reception and it was not comfortable at all when it comes to noise. I was having a conversation with my partner inside our room at night and one of the staff members came to ask us if we could keep quiet. I felt like I was staying in a hostel and not a hotel. We also had to cover the TV light with a towel because it was so red and bright with the lights off. Felt like I was in a submarine.

Great facilities the pool is quite nice albeit small. The location is great and it's quite close to the main plaza and quite nice restaurants.

Light and power outlets didn't work properly but the staff didn't care to fix it. Only cold water and again the staff said it was just that way. The check out took almost an hour because the staff didn't know how to receive a card payment even though it was offered. Had a flight to catch but they didn't seem in a hurry to check us out a bit faster. Very disappointing for that price.
