Next to a shopping center and close to the airport. Not on walking distance with suitcases, but with a taxi you are there quickly. Unless the shopping center there is not much, for business travel great location.

The payment system should be improved so it is charged automatically based on Booking.com credit card informations. I found it cumbersome and annoying to some extend having to receive too many communications from the host for this purpose.

Next to Unicentro mall. Good parking and comfortable bed.

I think the security should familiarize themselves with continued guests , so there is no confusion on who is checking in . I literally come to this Epic Suites everytime I come to Pereira , so I shouldn’t have to verified. Also something needs to be done about the body wash and shampoo. If it doesn’t fit in the shower , then just put it on the bathroom sink . This is the third time I had to use hand soap to wash in the shower .

I have always enjoyed this property. The location is perfect and it is always clean. They also always have exactly what is needed to make you feel at home

The admission process is a bit tedious yet understandable due to security and government reasons.

I loved walking from the apartment to the nearby shopping center. The neighborhood feels safe, clean, and looks well maintained. The building is modern as well as the apartment itself.

Sheets and towels were not that clean. Noisy neighbors in the other apartments could be heard very closely.

Good amenities and very modern apartment. Good price. Amazing view, not accurate to the pictures here shown. Room also not accurate to these pictures, but other post seen. Very nice though.

The only issue was being so close to the airport and the road there is quite loud road noise and plane noises even with the doors shut. This is to be expected but do be aware.

Clean, tidy and easy to book with. Will be booking again when I’m in the areas for a short stay airport hotel.

There wasn't enough coffee, and the laundry service had an additional charge to use it, which should be already covered in the in the total price

We booked for 3 people (and paid extra for the 3rd person), however there were no bed sheets for the sofa and only two towels. The 3 of us had to sleep in small double bed. As there were no sheets provided for the pull out sofa the accommodation was not appropriate for 3 people. Despite multiple phone calls and messages, no one answered in order to provide the bed sheets or any other solution.

Price doesn’t Match booking, they raise the price >20%. We didn’t have a towel in the room, they didn’t reply to messages, no staff on site.

Cleaning team was understaffed, so check in was delayed by over 2 hours(!!). Extremely noise (airport and street noises will make it hard for light sleepers)

This hotel relies entirely on remote service, so there's no direct human interaction. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete lack of customer service during my stay. For instance, our apartment had barely any toilet paper and no shower soap. Despite contacting customer service via WhatsApp who assured me they would address the issue, no one came to replenish the supplies even after two hours and numerous follow-up messages. Their excuse? The personnel hadn't arrived for work yet – at 9 AM on a Friday. This, along with the lack of basic supplies, makes me question whether comforters are even replaced after each stay. This suggests that the quality of your stay hinges entirely on the diligence of the housekeeper assigned to your room. Another significant drawback is the hotel's location directly facing the airport runway. While there's a noise barrier, it does not entirely block the sound of planes taking off and landing, which adds to the constant traffic noise from Avenida 30 de Agosto. If you're sensitive to noise, this hotel is probably not a good choice. However, if you're lucky and get a well-maintained room, it might offer decent value for the price.

This suite offers a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, appliances, and utensils, making it convenient for those who prefer to cook. It also features a comfortable bathroom and includes a parking space. The location is convenient, near Unicentro Pereira. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the excellent shower in the bathroom. The suite itself has a distinct industrial aesthetic.
