We stayed at Firenze Lofts for 9 nights and absolutely loved our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — always professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities are modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is superb — walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes, and safe, vibrant neighborhoods. Despite being so central, the loft itself was quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. We travel frequently and Firenze Lofts stands out as one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended — we would return in a heartbeat!

Disliked is not the right word but I was surprised that they did not speak English at the reception but it is a problem throughout Colombia. People are very helpful here everyone will help you in some way or using google translator. So there is no problem :)

relatively quiet place for Medellin, very clean, the girls at the reception were very helpful even though they didn't speak English and I spoke Spanish, we communicated through Google Translate. They tried to explain everything nicely and if there was a problem they solved everything for you. I liked that there is a kitchen, if you don't want to go out for dinner in the evening you can make basic food in your room. Breakfast is across the street in another hotel (3 minutes walk) and there was plenty to choose from, they were delicious.

I didn’t necessarily appreciate how we were served, I’m not sure if it was because we’re black or what, given how our neighbors were treated. Maybe we were looking too much into things🤷🏾‍♀️. It would’ve been also nice if we got like a range of how much we were going to pay prior, for budgeting purposes. Maybe another thing is the walls are super thin, you can hear everything but it wasn’t that big of a problem. Thank you!

The bed was super comfortable😍and I loved the mid century design with a touch of industrial design, GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS!!! The overall room layout is perfect because you have everything you need in one space; kitchenette, a sitting area, etc. Definitely worth it👏🏾😍.

Some street noise and sometimes noise from guests, since it’s designed to be a hotel and not a long term apartment, but these are minor issues. You may prefer an apartment if you are staying long term but you can’t go wrong with this place.

Great suite in Laureles that gives you more than a hotel. Comfortable bed, nice TV, desk to work, good internet, nice shower with hot water, coffee maker, microwave, and stovetop for simple cooking. Daily room cleaning and included breakfast from a cafe one block away. Although no laundry is available onsite, the hotel partners with a laundry service that will pick up and return laundry the same day for a good price. Staff is friendly and helpful and you can book tours from the front desk.

1️⃣It's not soundproofed. I was on the third or second floor, not counting my girlfriend, and the noise from the street was unbearable; especially from a small house across the street with three little dogs 👺 that barked all day and sometimes at night, cars, everything. Everything that moved in the room above us and last night in the one next door: conversations, the bathroom, everything. 2️⃣It wasn't very clean, there was dust on the towel rack and the toilet paper holder, one of my earrings fell off and made me notice all the dust under the bed, also in some corners of the room you could see the dirt; I also had an encounter with a small 🪳 3️⃣ It didn't have a hairdryer or iron for the clothes (but to be fair I didn't ask for either). 4️⃣ The towels were ultra harsh, enough for a good exfoliation🥴

1️⃣It's a modern building, comfortable and particularly the room I booked with the little kitchen was really practical. 2️⃣The breakfast was good too, the building in the street next up was nice, not to far away or insecure to walk to., a small but nice portion and good flavor. 3️⃣ The staff is really gentle and nice, I arrived before the check in hour so they save my suitcase until then, I check out at 4:50am without any issues, both processes were fast and without complications. 4️⃣ Really good mattress, pillows and bedsheets. 5️⃣ It's a small to medium-sized building, so I felt safe; there are plants everywhere that feel cozy.
