Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ColombiaThe only thing and wasn’t a major issue, was parking the bike. Any way, parking at the shopping mall was enough, but I would rather leave my bike at something that belongs to the hotel. Besides that, everything was pretty good for us.
I was in a motorcycle travel with my wife and the very next day we had to head towards Medellin, so for us the location was very important. I would like to highlight the personal, they were all very kind, polite and proactive. Without a doubt I will stay at the hotel again.

PanamaJust consider that the hotel it's consider to be outside Bogota city, and the traffic is terrible to get to the center from the hotel.
We stayed here because it was near the Coliseo MedPlus, we visited for a concert. The hotel surprised us with great atention an details for all us visiting for the concert. They had already a transportation offer and they also handed cupcakes with the bands name and members pics, wich was quite a nice detail.

United StatesTHIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL, BUT WITH BOOKING.COM's description: when advertising the hotel, the page says 3.9 miles from the airport. It is actually over 10.5 miles away and it's also outside the city. Taxis/Uber/etc. won't go there. Luckily the hotel has a paid transfer service, which is the only thing that saved us at 4am when we landed! It's a great hotel if you don't mind it being away from the airport.
The property itself is very well kept, very clean and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. Breakfast has a bit for everyone, you can definitely find something you like. The hotel and the people are really, really good.

United StatesThe transportation taken from your hotel was three times more expensive than a regular taxi or plattaform. I don't mind paying a fair amount. There was a blind person at my party, and we were treated differently at the beginning.

United StatesThere was an ARA grocery store nearby, there’s crêpes and waffles along with a couple other restaurants the room service menu is excellent especially if you are getting there very late in the night. It’s 24 hours. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. Everything feels modern. The breakfast is awesome! They have eggs, fruit, cheese, assortment of bread, coffee and butter. The staff is very helpful for whatever you need. I really appreciated the help of Jonathan, Leonardo, and Javier the rest of the staff was excellent as well. Whenever I needed something, they would be very accommodating. The hotel offers transportation for an additional cost, which was very reliable and very convenient since Uber does not work very well in this area. My husband and I are from the states and we felt very safe there. I highly recommend coordinating transportation from the airport to the hotel. It took away a lot of stress.

United StatesLocation. It was a little wonky trying to get to the 'front' entrance. The taxi driver had to go up to a booth and ask how to get to the front...it was AROUND THE BACK...granted, they have tremendous signage... no mistaking where it is, just kind of weird to get to the front entrance.
Staff courteous, well-dressed (suits !) and professional. Breakfast was pretty good. Wake up call on time, shuttle service convenient and priced about same for a taxi.

ColombiaThe younger staff were poor, in experienced and not aware it's like different people employed them. The Area that the hotel is in seems to be plaged with bad traffic (I mean bad traffic) some times it took us 22 minutes to get to the airport. Other times it took an hour.
Good size rooms, good standard beds, mini bar, water in the room, both free and paid for. Great international style breakfast, staff have 2 levels. The older ones are fantastic, attentive, aware and informed. It's not in Bogota proper so picoplaca doesn't apply. There's a few good places to eat (specifically waffles and crape). And off street parking. Paid and cheap.

GermanySlightly lower laundry prices would be good and also the English speaking ability of the staff was good but not top notch. For the hotel price, I expected a swimming pool.
Fresh fruits and juices in the breakfast and very friendly staff were on the top of my list. The arrangements of taxi services on short notice was also very admirable.
