There was no microwave in the room, and no ice machine on the floor. Also, I wanted to write simething, and I didn't see a pen or a note pad in the room.

I give an A both for the breakfast and for the location of the hotel. The beds in the room were also very comfortable.

Water from the sink and shower was not strong. Elevator was used by customers and the staff at the same time so there are many delays to reach the floor you want to go..

A great hotel, my room was large and clean. The staff could not do enough for me, they all were amazing. Lovely breakfast and I ate there in the evening twice. Good location.

Breakfast. Being for three weeks in Colombia now, I think I can safely say that breakfast is overall the weakest point everywhere. At least for this hotel level. Scrambled eggs are a staple, as often as not mixed with ham without an alternative for vegetarians, a bit of bread, a bit of fruit and... that's it.

a bit "old" and partly renovations and repairs would be necessary from my point of view. windows are not really to be closed. so you hear the noise of the street. curtains are old and room can not be darkend at night.

It´s a nice place.- My room was locaed at the 17. fllor with good view onto central. large room, with large queen size bed plus sofa. extremly friendly staff. good breakfast. Central is neary by 10 min. walk. Safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants nearby - 6. and 7. avenue. - 10 min. walk.

Inside Elevators was a bad odor walls was not clean finger prints on doors walls the staff was doing maintenance on the Elevators that had a bad greasy smell inside plus the first floors had black droppings on it near the Elevator doors.This was my fourth time staying at the torre de cali and this was the worse its ever been.Give yourself more time waiting for elevator torre de cali can get very busy.The restaurant was great very clean with delicious free breakfast with the entire 8 days very professional staff inside the restaurant.The front desk don't know much English so be prepared are have yourself a translator to communicate with front desk staff.The free parking garage need a really good pressure cleaning job done to floors need more lighting very dark and old smell down there.when leaving the garage you have to blow your car horn to exit the building they keep the gate lock which could take a few minutes to exit.I will return my stay at the Torre de Cali next time I'm in Cali Colombia.This is my take on some of the points that needs improvement enjoy your stay overall I did.

An unexpected time travel back to the eighties. Nice, but in an eighties way, a plain highrise with nothing special about the room or the service, the breakfast was nice, only the dancing and the view were exceptional. Oveall good

one facet worked out of 2...the hot water was very poor basically took a cold shower. traveling from California arrived in the morning at airport unfortunately had to wait several hours before a room was available.

It needs more elevators since there are conference rooms in the building and there are too many people.

The windows are thin, so from the 17th floor you could hear noise from neighbouring hotels' rooftop party from 12-2am. It is Cali however and if you are not ready for noise, pick another city. The Gym has poor facilities, it needs better equipment and some tender loving care. The bath tubs and decor need a bit of a facelift too, it feels like one of those hotels from the 90s. However for what I paid honestly this is just feedback, I'll be back.

The view was amazing. Hotel Torre de Cali is well located in the city and the roof top bar was excellent, although it was not part of the hotel.

The place is definitely in need of some renovations. The place looks old and worn everywhere. Woodwork was scratched and dull, paint was peeling, etc. Doors were simple hollow core doors, not at all when you should have when security is important. Pretty sure a 7 yr old girl could kick it in like a SWAT team. Solid core or Steel doors should be used..Elevators were pretty slow. One side of the hotel is exposed to some dance club blasting music until 3-4 am. Tremendously irritating.

Staff was fantastic. Very professional in all regards. Food was quite good and they had their own bar.
