Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaToilet space is very tight
I chose the 1bed unit upstairs at the back of the property so I got natural light, some sun. The unit was a good size bedroom, kitchen and sitting area. Kitchen had necessary cooking items including. Coffee, sugar & salt. Bathroom is a bit tight, although hot showers made up for that. I recommend

JapanHot water in the shower only lasted a minute or two. There was no water boiler / kettle.
Awesome location in a beautiful tourist-friendly neighbourhood. Very close to La Topa which is *the* salsa club recommended by everyone, so I didn’t need to take an Uber home after dancing

New ZealandEntrance instructions were screenshots of text & in Spanish (ie you couldn’t copy & paste in to Google Translate) so that made it a bit harder. So, if your Spanish isn’t great like me, you’ll have to either type it in manually or try & piece it together (and there were, like, 22 screenshots 😂). Because of this, we had a hard time knowing which room was ours. Otherwise, nothing to dislike about the property! Water was cold (stated in the listing, so expected) and was a bit warm at night (but had a really high quality fan to help).
Great location within San Antonia, easily walkable to salsa clubs, the Old Town, etc & safely tucked away in a little compound. Kitchen was clean & well equipped. We had a split level with a little kitchen/dining area downstairs & bedroom upstairs with lovely views. Manual (the manager) was responsive via WhatsApp & speaks English. Great patio upstairs that we used to workout in. Comfy bed! All around great stay.

NetherlandsIt was s but got during the day but there are fans. There were no curtains in the living room so we got bothered sometimes by people.
Private small house with kitchen and toilets. Towels provided. The location was just close to our dance school and la topa so ideal for us. Close to restaurants and shops in San Antonio. Very quiet in the night to sleep. Super recommended. Very good valeu for Money

United StatesThe stairs up to the loft where the bed and desk are were very weird, awkard, and dangerous if you didn't hold the handrails. It was fine for a short stay, but if your stay is longer than a few days you might not like that setup, especially if you're someone who gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Bed was ok, not great, but again, fine for a short stay. There's no microwave, just a heads up. The water in the shower also didn't get very hot, and there was little water pressure. (Again, not a big deal for a short stay.) I turned the dial as instructed but it still didn't get very hot, so if it's a matter of letting it run for awhile to get hot, I was not aware of it. My experience was that it couldn't get very hot, so you might want to time your showers to coincide with the daytime heat and not night time when it gets cooler in Cali.
I was really grateful for the self check in option since I arrived into town really late. It was nice to not have to wait on or coordinate with someone to be able to get in. The place was also clean. Host was very kind to have cold water waiting in the fridge upon arrival. He was also pretty responsive when I had a question or issue. Location couldn't be better, especially if you don't want to have to mess with a car. There were lots of food and coffee options within a few minutes' walk. There's also a laundromat very closeby where they'll wash and fold your clothes for like USD$3. Also walking distance from La Topa Tolondra, the salsa club with maybe the best dancers in the country. Never felt unsafe, which is also a very big deal. I'd say it's worth it to pay to stay in this area. The locals are not going to let riff raff harm tourists who support their economy.

PolandDuring the stay we needed to move out of the room for couple of days as a water pipe broke and needed to be fixed. This caused our clothes to smell humidity and whole stay was very much affected by this fact. We did not get much compensation for this - only thing was suggested by us (one free laundry, one night in different room because of smell during repairs...)... Owner did not seem to feel responsible for the inconvenience and did not want to do any additional compensation. Apart from that we had to take care of buying toilet paper, towels, ... Cleaning was supposed to be done once per week but this was not fulfilled. Very nice location close to Topa Tolondra and San Antonio neighborhood however overall enjoyment of the place was reduced very much by the smell and humidity and inconvenience ...
