The rooms would be better with desk and chair. There is nowhere to setup laptop on a desk for example. There is kitchen area would be improved with a table and chairs also. Also, it seems the showers have cold water only 😬

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but you need to know what it is - an old concrete construction with metal doors, very basic rooms. They’re small but comfortable and clean, and they’re the best option near the bus station, but you’re coming here for the convenience.

you can't expect anything extraordinary for this price. the neighborhood is not very safe at night.

the gentleman who runs the accommodation is very nice. the hotel is close to the bus depot, that's a big advantage. ideal if you need to sleep and continue your journey the next day.

cold water shower. to check-in you must write with the owner in advance to organize the exact arrival time as there is no reception and usually no staff at the accommodation.

we (european backpacker couple) stayed here two nights. conveniently located less than 10min walking distance to the bus terminal. it's quiet at night. good wifi. cold water shower. kitchen facilities including fridge to use. overall everything was very clean and well maintained, no bad smells. would come back for sure.

- There was no fridge in the kitchen, this makes it hard to cook anything, as you can't store (leftovers). - For me it was fine, but the water in the shower was ice cold. - would be great if there were some hooks in the shower cabin instead of only outside to hang some stuff. Also couldn't really lock the door. - The metal doors of the room are very noisy and there is no sound isolation, so it can get a bit noisy if you are unlucky with the neighbors. - Location/neighborhood is not really nice (except its proximity to the terminal), definitely take a cab at night.

The area was quiet, not unsafe just quiet but we did arrive quite late at night so it's not too surprising.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was good too. We stayed here just as a stopover so it was very conveniently close to the bus station. The kitchen didn't have too much but it had some basics for cooking.

Neighborhood feels sketchy in the evening as most places do near a terminal. Only cool water but it's hot in Armenia anyway.

Good for a night where you want to between center and bus terminal. Small kitchen but no fridge or microwave. Has fan in private room. Decent value for budget traveler. Some streets food near in evening. Better to eat in Centro.

no windows, there is gap underneath all doors and small hole in the wall (probably instead of window to have better air circulation) so we could hear all the noise from the kitchen (people hanging out there after midnight) and the street (cars)

No hot showers and the description simply states "shower" not "cold shower". Cold showers in the evening when you need to wear cotton clothes are too much! The noise from the roof was very loud because of a rainstorm during the night

Cold shower. Neighborhood is lower end but safe during the day and friendly locals.

Excellent value for the money and the room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed. Good wifi. Extremely clean. Owner lives off premise but he or a helper would stop by a few times a day to clean and make sure everything was alright. Adequate kitchen and coffee and coffee maker to ensure caffeine addicts like me could get their kick every morning. Enough local shops and restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Oh lord it was not a pleasant stay. The room was alright in the sense that it got the basic covered, bed was good but that's pretty much it. There is basically a corridor with multiple rooms available, and they are not noise isolated so we heard our neighbours doing the deed. The bathrooms are locked but shared. The kitchen is poorly equipped and not very clean. No option to refrigerate your food. The worst experience was waking up, after finally sleeping in, to a roach next to my head!!! Ugh, poor guy didn't live much longer after.... I am aware that it is very cheap so my expectations are not high, but never will I book this place again.

I didn't like much to be honest.
