-breakfast was nice, but it lacked variety. -we would have liked to have a proper wardrobe to put our clothes

-the room was very comfortable and we loved the design -the rooftop bar where we took the breakfast had breathtaking views of the city. -even though the pool area was small, it was very nice to start the day with a few hours of sunbathing and swimming -everything was extremely clean! -staff was very nice and welcoming -we used the room service for pizza and it was amazing! We waited for like 45 min for someone to take our order, but once we ordered the food was at our door in 15 min!

The room was extremely small. I had to step over my luggage to get into the room to the bed as the small hall was the only area for a suit case and other bag.

Loved the balcony looking out over city. Rooftop pool was incredible, the water temp was perfect. Gym was fantastic (although it was rather hot in there). Food for breakfast was incredible. Really nice vibe overall. Downstairs, the cafes/bars attached were really good with very friendly staff. Great alternative to in room service, but pricey.

The room is extremely small. Our luggages did not fit inside the room and therefore our balcony became our closet where we would have to change open and close the luggages every day. The toilet and shower areas is so small you hear absolutely EVERYTHING!

Breakfast was great. Service was amazing and the location was good because the location was quiet yet close enough to walk around.

Seems Hotel is still under construction and not totally finished. Was looking forward to taking advantage of the pool on Monday, but it was closed for maintenance? So I assume this is every Monday?

Staff was excellent and very friendly! Close to the area you need to be. The pool was fun place to be with great views from the Terras. Outstanding breakfast with personnel to match.

They have told us the coffee machine is broken, and during our 6 days stay they couldn’t repair it, and they served a very bad hardly drinkable coffee instead…I think in Colombia you can’t do that…it was a disappointment.

The room with terrace was nice, they gave us 2 bottles of waters every day, and fresh towels as well!

The hotel didn’t know who cleaned my room at check in, there was a Calvin Klein jacket left behind and I was questioned more than once by staff after I turned it in as soon as I checked in. The last time the women knocked at my door at 9 am woke me up out of my sleep as I was explaining to her I turned it in she said they have cameras they can check I said please do as I explained , the lady walked by and I said that’s her and the cleaning lady said oh yes you did give me the jacket. I’m not sure why she didn’t confess sooner and waited for me to point her out. Also room service wasn’t room service I had to go down and order and pay then go back up to my room to wait for the food. I was told by restaurant staff when they have clients clients down there are priority. I didn’t receive one response from the restaurant downtownstairs not once out of all 5 or more messages I sent out for service.

It was very very noisy, speacially on the weekend in the AM. The room is actually really small.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and kind, especially some of the breakfast staff and Julián, from the downstairs restaurant. The room was clean and comfy. Great location.
