Room is comfortable for a family

Noise from the street. The windows are not insulated and you can hear all the noise from the cars. Difficult to get any sleep if you are sensitive to noise.

The hotel is in a safe location. That the hotel is next to a WOW EXITO Supermarket that you can find everything that you need 24 hours a day, and the Best Coffee Juan Valdez The hotel is very clean. The staff is very good ready to help. Breakfast is 👍 In 10 min walk you can find a lot of good Restaurant 👍 😉

Black Suite is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped.

The water comes out brown. There are complaints about that on google maps from years ago. they say it's the city water in this zone. We are from Bogotá, and we have never heard about that. It's absolutely infuriating that they keep lying. The hotel wants to charge big bucks but it's not a 4-star hotel. Change or clean the damn water heater, pump or whatever makes the water look brown. They have a prepared paper stating the lie they put up in the elevator as soon as someone complains. It's embarrassing. The overall condition is not 4 star. There are holes and missing baseboards, the floor has cracks and spots. The tile joints look like an 8 year old did it. Maintenance is definitely not taken seriously. It wasn't clean either. Jacuzzi was dirty, the balcony table had a thick layer of dust, the bathroom was only superficially cleaned. I had a 50% discount, but the regular price is definitely too much.

Spacious room with 1.5 bathroom, decent closet space and storage. Kitchen was nice. Cleaning staff was wonderful.

Kitchen pots were filthy and many were unusable. Bed was sub-par. Breakfast was hit-and-miss.

The room was beautiful, and their attention to details to put flowers in the room for my wife for her birthday.

That I had gotten approved for early check in at 2 pm, and the receptionist ( female ) didn't want to let my wife check in early after I was already told the room was ready for early check in.

Very nice "boutique" hotel. Big rooms with cozy beds. We liked the location ... just a cross the road is a shopping mall and you have several reataurants near hotel. The breakfast was very simple.

The hotel would be good if it wouldn't call itself a luxury hotel because it's too basic and to run down for that. Parts of the kitchen and the few kitchen utensils were dirty, uncomfortable chairs in room, the water in the shower took very long to warm up. Breakfast good but too basic. Disappointing "coffee bar" and drinks in the room. Ok for reduced prize, but absolutely not for normal prize!

The apartments are spacious and well-equipped.

Reception staff was not always friendly, the location is not very central, and the rooms were cold and noisy at times.
