We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe hotel was extremely overpriced for what it offered. The room was very small and not clean. The "free breakfast" was disappointing—just some poorly cooked eggs, the smallest croissant I’ve ever seen, and a fruit plate with only a few tiny pieces of watermelon and papaya. The bed was not only uncomfortable, but the sheets were also dirty, and the walls were so thin I could hear every noise from the room next door. For $600 CAD for two nights, I expected the experience to reflect the photos advertised online, but it fell far short. This was very disappointing and not worth the price.

It’s located on Avenida 33, which makes it easy to get to places. We walked to the Pueblito Paisa, it’s a long but enjoyable walk. There are many restaurants nearby, many options for delivery, multiple supermarkets in the area. The hotel serves a filling breakfast and coffee/water are available all day. The room we got was big enough, the AC made it very nice and it was never stuffy.
