Music played until late (around 11.30pm), even when there were only a few guests outside to enjoy the music. Would recommend having quiet hours around the property.

Rooms are very squishy with no place to put your things. Every time it rains it traces mud into the room.

The staff are superb, they helped us with anything related to the stay and recommended amazing things to do throughout our stay. The roof has the best view. The hot pool on the roof was fun too.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I could hear many noises from my room. There was water in some areas of the common garden, after raining..

The hostel staff is super friendly. The garden in the middle of the hostel looks super cool, you can really relax there. The price is very affordable. They actually have lockers for storing your valuable stuff, just don't forget to bring a padlock.

The staff was rather unfriendly, they didn't explain anything (not even where to find the bathroom or where to find the lockers (they are not in the room so it was a little confusing)). There are signs about a cheap breakfast deal but they didn't actually serve breakfast. None of the doors are locked, there's no keys for the rooms (which is sort of fine, it happens in other places too) but the front door is also freely accessible meaning that everybody could hypothetically walk into the hostel and then the rooms. The pool was nice but cold.

In general, it was a fine place to sleep with well-AC'ed rooms and a nice swimming pool, clean bathrooms and nice showers.

The beds, especially mine, were very noisy. I slept downstairs but you hear every movement if somebody or a couple sleep upstairs.

The staff was amazing, so was the pool and all the beautiful plants. We got cafe in the morning and all in all it was a nice stay.

All the towels were stained. Bedroom could have been cleaner and we just felt damp the whole time. We were there for 5 days and they didn’t change our bins once so we did it ourselves. Floor was slippy it was so damp. That said, we appreciate the climate in the area is quite humid so there’s always going to be degree of damp.

Pretty swimming pool area and space to chill. Staff were friendly and beers were cheap.

The outside is very wet (cause of the rain and swimming pool that don’t evacuate) and it gets the bedrooms a bit dirty

Not enough ventilation in the rooms . Very uncomfortable to breathe.

The garden and rooftop was beautiful! Pool and jacuzzi looked nice and clean but I didn't get to enjoy . It was cold. Loved the 8 puppies on property. Patricia made amazing breakfast, Camila set me up with an amazing horseback riding tour, and Drasana was a great person to hold a conversation with she also did my laundry . Thank you for your hospitality ladies .

Officially after 11pm supposed to be silent, but even 3am was a party front of the rooms. The cafeteria supposed to be open from 7 am, but at 8 it was stil closed

We got put in a 6 person room instead of a 4 person room liked we had booked but it wasn’t too much of an issue for 3 nights. You had to wait for the bathrooms to be free a lot of the time and they weren’t always the cleanest at times.

We loved the roof top area which had amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The pool and the surrounding hammocks which were nice to chill in. The staff were friendly and helpful! We had a coffee by the restaurant every morning and we were always welcomed (by the staff and the cute dogs who live in the hostel)! The hostel is really well located and is just a couple of minutes walk from Calle Real and the main square where you can get the jeeps to the coffee farms and Cocora Valley.

There weren’t a lot of bathrooms which could be challenging, but for the price point, waiting was fine.

The service was really good! David and the other staff were very helpful, stored my food and bags, and were just overall great with anything I needed. True Colombian hospitality. I actually liked the music (there’s music playing anywhere you go in Colombia FYI!)

When we needed to move rooms there was a particularly grumpy girl, it's a shame that one person let the high standards down. Towels would be nice.

Cezar was exceptionally helpful when our booking went a bit wrong. The hostel is a little oasis with lovely plants and a cool pool, there is a nice roomy roof terrace with a hot tub. The beers at the bar are nice and cold and reasonably priced.

The lady at check-in late at night was a bit unfriendly. Also my room was really small (4x4 meter, 3 bunkbeds, 6 people). Music during daytime is also quite loud and pointed towards the rooms.

The green garden and swimming pool are really nice.
