We did not like that our Airpods were misplaced at this location, once we saw they were missing we immediately notified staff and daily notified them of the airpods location through the find my feature. Unfortunatly their service and diligence with this matter was awful, specifically with the manager. He did not take our word on this matter and it is not the value of the items but most importantly how we felt as guest and how our privacy and intimacy was violated, as the airpods were taken from our room. They conducted an investigation with their staff but only 3 days after and only because we were persistant and sent various notifications of the Airpods location. Seeing how we were treated as guest, my husband offered the manager to open a new investigation, as far as hiring a lie detector to reach a place of comfort for both parties. To which he laughed and did not care for our worries, he said he would take 50% our stay, which again is not the point because we could afford our stay, our concerns were more about their staff going through our personal belongings. He said we should open an investigation with department of tourism and on July 19th said he would make the call personally in which he left us waiting and waisted a full day for the police to arrive, and he never came. We left various messages to follow up with no contact. If you are staying at this hotel please be aware of your personal belongings.

What I liked about this Hilton Hotel was the butlers, reception, and security.

If there’s one area where the hotel could improve, it’s the restaurant. While the atmosphere of the dining space is elegant and inviting, consistent with the hotel’s overall beautiful aesthetic, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to the surroundings. The menu feels limited, and the flavors and presentation fell short of the standard set by the rest of the hotel experience. With such a refined ambiance, we were expecting a higher culinary standard. That said, the service was friendly and attentive. We just felt that the dining options could be elevated to better match the quality, design, and experience the hotel so clearly aims to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, chosen for its unbeatable location, it’s literally right next to the main entrance of Corferias, which made it incredibly convenient for us as we were participating in the International Book Fair. If you're attending an event at Corferias, you really can’t get closer than this. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, with stylish details and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. From the lobby to the hallways and common areas, everything feels thoughtfully designed. The rooms are equally beautiful , spacious, well-appointed, and decorated with great attention to detail. It was a comfortable and restful space to come back to each evening. One thing to keep in mind is that the immediate area doesn’t offer many high-quality dining options. While there are places to grab a quick bite, if you’re looking for a more refined culinary experience, you may need to take a short ride into other parts of the city. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're attending an event at Corferias. The combination of comfort, style, and unbeatable proximity makes it a standout choice.

It’s a very good hotel, with great accommodations. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is also good, with many options. On the other hand, I experienced two uncomfortable situations. First, I had to open my luggage in the hallway because my passport was inside, and they didn’t accept a photo of it on my phone. The second issue was that I had already paid for breakfast at the reception, but due to a staff mistake, after breakfast I was stopped by an employee who told me I needed to pay, as it supposedly wasn’t included in my reservation. I had to explain that I had already paid, and she asked me to wait while she checked. That was an unpleasant situation that I would have preferred not to go through. To summarize, it’s a very nice hotel — I loved the bathroom — but the staff could be more considerate.

I had an incredible experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed having executive access, which is a fantastic feature that allowed me to snack and take advantage of the happy hour, offering a variety of drinks. The amenities were clean, and the food was outstanding.

There is nothing that comes to mind. The property is great and the service superb.

The breakfast was great. You had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were great, Valentina, Carrolina and Chstran. Valentina was exceptional. The next morning we came down for breakfast, she remembered our names and the coffees that we liked.

Our room was not done properly after the first night, it was great after the second night and it was a very noticeable improvement.

When I raised an issue of a heavy smell of something burnt, they came and smell and said they will "review" the situation. I felt is was not taken very serious from the staff, even that they smelt it. I tried to smell me to the location, and I guess it's the A/C. Shortly before the smell the power went off for few minutes. So this gives minus 2 stars. Without that it was a great hotel

A bit underwhelmed by the hotel restaurant oka, but it’s convenient considering they aren’t too many options in immediate vicinity, my kids liked the ground floor casual dining

Beautiful, spacious hotel, wonderful pool and spa, great gym, rooms super comfortable, incredible breakfast, very helpful and lovely staff, wifi excellent, great views over Bogota. The hotel hosts conference guests but it’s super well organised and did not affect my own stay/level of service

The rooms are very well isolated! You get uninterrupted sleep. The pool and jacuzzi was very good as well, the temperature was ideal.
