Everything was perfect. Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. A very special mention to one of the staff name Dacny. The most beautiful, caring and thoughtful person who was so kind and helpful when I landed in hospital for a couple of days. Thank you.

The location is unbeatable, walking distance to Archeological Park, and surrounded by nature. The staff was really kind, we had to do a very late checkin and they wait for us without hesitation, also they advice about restaurants and the amusements. The breakfast was delicious

I don't know where to start except 10 is not high enough! Dacni was fantastic, as was everyone, the facility was fantastic and the bed extremely comfortable and a great shower with great hot water. It would have been a great place just to hang out and listen to the birds. It is next to the Archaeology park which was my purpose but it would have been the perfect place just to relax.

Huaka-yo is set in pristine jungle scenery, so quiet and restful, a real chance to relax and rejuvenate. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and happy. I was woken to the sound of bird song and saw many different species. My en suite room was spacious with everything I needed. 250m from San Agustin Archaeological Park. The park is absolutely amazing with the most wonderful statues & tombs. An absolute must for anyone in this area.

Set in a huge gorgeous garden setting it's the perfect place for peace and solitude just 3 km put of town and a 5 minute walk from the park. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and beds are very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water and wifi reception was excellent. There were even 2 showers and toilets in my unit. Staff were super friendly, unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The hotel German Shepherd is very sweet and can usually be found with the gardener. He's also a good doorbell for staff if they're away from the reception when your ring the bell to get in the main gate. Breakfast was fresh mango, eggs cooked as ypu like, an arepa, juice and coffee. Food in the restaurant was tasty, served in generous portions and fairly priced. Kitchen was open throughout my stay even though I was the only guest. Beer and wine is available at good prices. Credit cards are accepted for payment.

Being out of town, I used taxis to go into town and that mounts up at 10k per ride although cheaper by moto taxi. Rooms are a little stark and adding a few pictures would cheer them up.

Everything. Wonderful, super friendly staff, great location, a short walk to the archeological park. The food at the restaurant was always well prepared and reasonably priced and the portions are big. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Very kind and efficient staff. Quick response personally and via booking platform. Place is an absolute paradise: surrounded by the silence of the nature. Distance from town is not an issue as long as you are willing to walk or pay a taxi. Any way it worth it.

Initially we got wrong information about a tour offer (price and places to visit) which giide us to make decisions about our itinerary that could be different but the operator and the hotel administration did everything in their hands to sort it out.

Hotel is set on a beautiful and peaceful estate. Facilities were excellent and room was huge. Staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help, nothing was a problem.

Great stay in quiet area with beautiful yard and secure parking. The room was comfortable and they had hot water! The restaurant was convenient! It is a 5-10 minute walk to an amazing archeological site.

Having to leave.

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel set in a forest setting. Very comfortable and very restful. The food is basic, but good. The staff was very attentive to our needs It's a 5 minute walk from the entry to the archeological park. If you want to get to town, it's a short taxi ride away. The staff also organized a day trip for us to visit the other sites and waterfalls.
