We want to let you know that the administration of the hostel has changed, and since then we’ve worked with great care and commitment to address exactly the kinds of issues you mentioned. 🧼 The kitchen has been fully repaired and is now safe and easy to use. 🪟 We’ve replaced the mosquito nets with new, clean, and breathable ones. 💧 We now offer free filtered water for all our guests. 🎶 We've also made adjustments to our music selection to better match the atmosphere of rest and nature. 🥗 And our restaurant service has returned to the quality that originally made it so appreciated. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find Juan Palitos below your expectations, especially knowing your past connection with the place. That’s why we’ve taken your words seriously and lovingly, as a reminder of what this hostel means to so many.
