No hot water in the shower.

Very nice and helpful staff! They try to help with everything, we could even book our bus with them! As well it was great to have a delicious breakfast included in the very fair price. Overall a very welcoming atmosphere.

Lack of hot water was a ‘refreshing’ surprise. Internal room was a little stuffy but did have a good fan and there was plenty of other spaces in the hostel.

Friendly helpful greeting with lots of useful information. Lots of ‘hang out’ spaces. Comfortable room with good lighting and quiet fan. Good breakfast with on tap coffee.

The room could use more working fans as it gets very hot, and there are only two bathrooms upstairs. Additionally, the water is cold, the kitchen is poorly equipped with limited cutlery, plates, and pans (with only two hobs working), and filtered water comes at an extra cost.

The hostel has a homey feel with a very good included breakfast, and the staff are absolutely wonderful—helping to arrange many activities and ensuring a great location. There are plenty of sports and adventure activities available, and towels are provided.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect - being in the middle of everything without feeling it. The accommodation and common spaces are wonderful, artistic, and relaxing! No complaints after my week spent there. Wifi was reliable and strong. Hostel was kept very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dog was so sweet. Very good prices on the laundry service, snacks, drinks and restaurant food. They offered a Christmas Eve meal that was classy and delicious. Chill out area in the back and lots of information for those who wish to do activities around town and in the region.

The kitchen is not too well equipped, during my stay there was only one bowl.

Such a chill Hostel. The pod-style bed was insanely comfortable, the room and bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast is basic (eggs and bread) but I loved the fresh juices and fruits. The staff is soo lovely and helpful.

The pillows don't compress under your head. I found them too thick for comfort and slept on a folded towel instead.

I liked the grandeur of the "big house" with huge timbers in the ceiling, spacious rooms with high ceilings, a balcony above the courtyard to enjoy the morning sun, and a garden in the rear with comfortable sofas and hammocks. It made for good conversations with several other guests. The staff work to make you comfortable, bringing in tasty food from a restaurant and keeping it quiet after 10 pm. It represents a good value for the price. The location is convenient but noise-free.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Such friendly and kind people. The location is perfect 5 minutes from the Central Park. Water in shower was warm ( for san gil it was perfect). Very good value for money. Good American breakfast including eggs fruit bread juice coffee

The plugs were not stabile enough and there are only less in the doorms.

The location is perfect near to the Center and the Staff is so helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was really delicious and every day another Juice.

Wi-fi in my room was weak and I had to go to the co-working space to be able to use the Internet. No hot water :-(. It's not too bad for a shower, but washing your hair is a problem. The pictures are too flattering - in reality the room looks different. That said, given the price, great value if you're a budget traveller

The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the main square. Fresh juice and a choice of eggs / omelette for breakfast. Excellent value for money Gave a short, but helpful overview of the town / things to do upon arrival. The room was clean

Having to leave so early, we could’ve stayed there another week and enjoyed ourselves. If I had known how nice it was, I would have.
