The staff made us feel so at home! The facilities are very clean and everything that we needed. The breakfast was good, and overall we had a lovely time and were sad to leave

All the staff were super nice and helped us with every request, we had a bad stomach ache and they let us cook for ourselves in the kitchen Room is very clean and gets cleaned every day, they also let us check in early and check out later when we needed Hostel is close to center (a few minutes walk) but without all the noise it was very quiet Thank you!

The hotel was incredibly clean and perfectly located. The host was genuinely kind and welcoming. But the real highlight was the bed, probably the most comfortable one I’ve had during my 2weeks loop en Colombie

Toiletries very basic. Unfortunately no beach towels to rent. Not many hangers for wet clothes.

Alojamiento is in a perfect position, few minutes by foot from San Andres Center and the main beach. The staff is amazing: so kind and professional, all of them have been helpful and available for any evenience. I really raccomend

The included breakfast doesn’t worth it. The price could be lower and then you better buy it yourself.

Walkable from the airport and nearby lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. Enough space for luggage, good AC. Payment with credit card without fees before arrival. Friendly staff, nice wall paintings. Felt safe.

This place was lovely - I was only here for a night while on my way to Providencia, but the room was exactly what I needed. Mónica was super helpful and even stored my luggage while I was away for two weeks. Really lovely people and a nice quiet place to rest.

The staff and the owner are absolutely amazing and so kind. They were always available to help us out with everything we needed (printing things, tell us about locations, what bus to take to go anywhere, what to say, where not to go, etc) They clean your room everyday. The location is great (10min walk to the beach and 5min to the centro). I highly recommend this stay 👍🏼

Bathroom had no toilet paper a lot of the time

Owners so helpful and friendly, very comfortable room, air conditioning functions perfectly, close to restaurants, tour companies, the beach etc, they clean the room everyday

Shower water wasn't really hot but it was fine due to the hot weather conditions outside. Nothing to hang up towels/jackets/.. inside the room

The wifi wasn’t the best. All of the soap dispensers in shared bathrooms were empty and only one of the two toilets had toilet paper (unfortunately the one that was missing the toilet seat 😆).

The bed was comfortable, the property was clean and has a lovely patio. The location is very central. The receptionists were very nice (but some of the kitchen staff seemed a bit moody).

The breakfast was a bit slow, so be aware of getting up early so you can be one of the first to be served in case you need to be early somewhere else. Also, there was a man who apparently lives there who was a harassing. Although we didn't discuss this with the owner (our bad).

The location was close to the beach 10 min walk. The hostal offers breakfast. They also rent shoes for the sea. You can wash your clothes if you wish so, they have facilities for it, they also have laundry service.

Amazing guests, comfortable bedrooms and good wifi. Cool place for groups, chilled environment, clean and Neris is the best host ever.

It was a shared bathroom situation, so it was a bargain, but was inconvenient.

Nice little room excellent value for the money. The hosts were very nice. Room was comfortable.
