    The bedroom was super small, but it's ok. It lacks of heater, but Yeimy helped me out by getting an extra blanket and getting my luggage upstairs, which was not easy at all.

    *Access to the house is not easy, even they send you a video, getting in at least for the first time it's not comfortable at all. *Stairs are not safe not comfortable, if you are getting luggage with you think it twice. *Too much noise from outside and also from other guests (which is not the property fault, I know) but cameras are just checked to charge you more, not to lead the house as expected. *Fabián, the guy who manages the house charged me an extra night, even I explained my time arrival in advance and he never said that if I got there before, I need to pay the 100% of a night. He literally said I am not normal, because arriving earlier. I proposed an extra fee, but he took advantage by charging it without advising Booking or changing the dates in the platform, as I requested. He checked the cameras just for him to confirm my time arrival and charging more, but not for caring about the three bags I had and that it was almost midnight and getting the property by that time in Bogotá was not totally safe nor fast; he said it was not his responsibility, and of course it's not but his attitude does not match a hospitality business; he just cares about money, absolutely lack of empathy-guest service from his side.
