Great hotel in the heart of the tourist area. Refurb is nearly finished with just the roof terrace to go but you won’t notice. Modern rooms with good space. Area is VERY noisy so request a room on the upper floor and bring some ear plugs. Hotel felt very safe and easy to get taxis to the door so if you want to visit Medellín this is a great place to stay but it is a party area. Staff incredibly helpful.

It is so so so so so so so noisy!!!!! The windows are on the big street where all the party happens. It is a nightmare

I don't believe they should charge for having guests in your room.I think that is overkill. Why would you charge for me to have guess?It does not make any sense.This is the only thing I do not like about the hotel. If I paid for the use of the room, I should not have to pay again.To have a companion, this is a ridiculous policy that needs to be changed other than that.I enjoyed the hotel and I would stay again

The only thing we didn't like was when it was time to check out lol. Next time when we book this hotel it will be for a longer time.

I like how excellent the staff is. Everyone goes above and beyond for you every day. We also love how comfortable the beds were making it a little harder to get out of bed lol. The location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Everything is just outside your doorstep😎

No flexibility at all on a mistake I made upon check in. Technically my fault, but left a sour taste in my mouth for what was clearly an honest mistake.

Fantastic location if you want to be right in the middle of the tourist area, and impressive soundproofing considering the partying noise that's right outside. Rooms are comfortable and the AC is great. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

The king bed sunk in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Also it squeaked way too much.

Had a great experience staying at Hunters- I’ve never before seen this level of service in Medellín, and it was a treat. The staff was excellent, they helped me with printing papers, organizing cars, and were just lovely in general. They even did a little photo shoot with my cat who was the first pet to stay at the hotel. Wonderful, wonderful vibes, definitely recommend.

Great , perfect, location! Everything is within walking distance! Great customer service! Room is small, but just the right size and very comfortable! Shower is large and the hot water is great! Air conditioning cools Great! Sound proof rooms are surprisingly quiet since its right outside of calle 10 and about two blocks from provenza! We decided to stay 3 more nights! There's a security guard in the lobby 24/7 and you are safe here! Security is always there to let you in ! Only customers who stay here are allowed in and you can't use the elevator without your room card..security is strict for your safety! New hotel 🏨 and very updated! We will definitely stay here again! We felt very safe here...If you like shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife, this place is perfect! Lots to do and lots of great stores to shop in too..

Still under construction but should be really nice when it opens. Slightly at the further end of El Poblado, but still only 20 min walk to nice restaurants etc.

Shower water a bit chilly but as they were in the process of opening, said they were making adjustments and working on it.

Location is one of the best in Poblablo, Short walk from Lleras Park and Provenza, Everything I was looking for in a top rated room. Atmospherics and comfort is very important to me. The hotel is pricey for what it offers.The lower-level rooms can be quite noisy, with sounds coming both from the street and the corridor. The property feels more like a hostel than a hotel, guests are required to wear a bracelet, and during my stay, a Saturday event took over the common areas, leaving no space to have breakfast. Overall, there was just too much going on.

The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly.

The check-in process via the mandatory website (otherwise you get a huge fine) was very complex and cumbersome and the plastic band you have to wear through the stay is very uncomfortable, unnecessary and shows to everyone you're a tourist.
