We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesAir conditioning unit made a loud humming sor of noise, perhaps because it was old. I had to use earplugs, but was able to sleep fine.
There are many restaurants and a pharmacy/supermaket within walking distance. Bus terminal is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel which was very convenient. Ask for a room that does not face the main road, because the main road can get noisy on weekends. There is a very loud club just across the main road.

United StatesThe beds and pillows were extremely hard. The staff in the restaurant was horrible. I sat down and ordered food & soda. They gave me the soda but never the food. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked how much longer and come to find out he never put the order in. Very little menu options. No gym. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No Ice maker. I won’t be staying here again. No toiletries
