The sofa bed was kind of hard. But besides that, everything else was really nice.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. We arrived an hour after our check-in time and had also done an online check-in, but they acted like they had no idea we were coming. The apartment has blinds, but it doesn't really get dark because of the lights from the hallway.

Perfect location, great views, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, and cold AC. The host was prompt to answer questions and provide additional items. The place was also very clean and well-equipped. Overall a great place for one or two people to stay while exploring Medellín.

there was no 'low lighting' over the bed. The switch for the hanging soft lamps over the bed also lit up some ceiling lamps. Would have been nice to have a low lighting option over the bed. otherwise perfect

I did not like the fact, that the receptionist (security guy) which is doing half of check in for the company that is actually handling the apartment, ask for "propina" (tips) This was absolutely not ok, and never happened anywhere. I provided the feedback also to accommodation staff. I understand that the guys doing that, have been changed, however, this was a bad behavior so pay attention and do not leave yourself intimidated by this kind of persons

Modern, clean, super comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, very well located, close to many cafes and restaurants, the doormen and hosts were very friendly and communicative, the gym is nice to have, great views, I would definitely stay again.

They do not give you details that they want to charge 60,000 pesos just for friends to visit your room. It would be helpful if businesses in South America clearly STATE these conditions before you chose their property, they did refund my second booking as I was very upset about this and they did that properly and fully before I checked out. Now I know this I would stay there again as the room and location are excellent.

Clean, modern and spacious. Had washing machine, dryer, coffee percolator, blender etc. Good area nearby large pharmacy, supermarket and a variety of eating options. Ribs downstairs were the best. Friendly staff at reception / entrance.

The apartments were easy to find, and Henry, the guard at the entrance, made our stay even more pleasant. The place was clean, but it would have been nice to have extra towels and bath mats available in the closet. All in all, I had a great stay

Extremely noisy due to no sound protection towards the neighboring apartments or the hallway. Moreover, water heater works unreliably so cold showers were the norm

Upon check-in, my partner waited more than an hour for the staff to clean our property when it should’ve been done with plenty of time in advance. The security staff has also had an instance of being rude & offensive to my partner - but this has been dealt with privately with the host owner. As the building is open to the public, there has been moments of disturbances in the building when people barge in during late hours in the night. The loud noise & commotion it brings is not very appealing.

The property had all the facilities I needed for two weeks! It’s located in a decent area with loads of good places nearby - food wise & shopping wise.
