Claudia and Jaime are a really good hostess, they make sure to make u feel at home, they give you recommendations where to go, (classes of salsa, bars, clubs, places of interest..)

The noise outside in the morning, there was a morning where it was the dogs but my last morning there was a child screaming down the place for about 20 mins from the terrace then down the stairs very early in the morning

Room was very spacious with good sized bathroom. There is a good terrace with the view over the area. Laundry service available for a very good price.

There was a well equipped kitchen and we could enjoy dinner with a view of the city, as there is a nice terrace :) We felt safe and everything was clean, definitely recommend!

The plumbing wasn't so good but you can't put that on the owner.

Location was good. It is close to the soccer stadium, baseball fields and the Galaria de Alameda.

The airconditioning started leaking water as soon as we switched it on, which made us avoid using it. We didn't mind that much as there was sufficient airflow in the room. The host didn't really react when we brought it to her attention, so I'm not sure they were planning on fixing it...

We had a comfortable room with a lovely view of the city. The kitchen was convenient and the roof terrace a nice bonus. There were shops and restaurants at walking distance. We'd stay here again.

Nothing stands out from memory. I would stay here again when visiting Cali.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood of Cali. 15/20 minute walk to San Antonio area and 10 min walk from Parque Del Perro where you can find many restaurants. Family were very friendly and the room is a good size and has everything you need. Shared kitchen which is very quiet, we didn’t see anybody in there. Roof terrace has nice views over Cali.

Shared Fridge was very small for all the guest to use and our kitchenette in our room didn’t have one so it was hard to store our food.

Great location, really nice owners, room was comfortable. Best rooftop view and bbq area! Full kitchen too.

Sometimes when rain with winds the water can get through the decorative block wall. And the TV can get wet. Better bed clothes. When you take a bath the water drain is clogged. Take a while to drain the water.

- Wi-Fi sometimes went down but owners tried to help with alternatives, seems to be a problem in most places in Cali

- Owners are so friendly, warm and super accommodating, always helpful, responsive and flexible for my needs - Amazing rooftop with fantastic views of the city and hammocks - quiet at night - Kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed - shared laundry room in the building, cheap and easy to use - Excellent value for money - Area feels safe for Cali, had no issues and didn’t see anything bad happen here in 4 weeks. Be cautious but definitely feels like one of the safer areas of Cali, more so than the more touristy San Antonio - Well located, near some of the best salsa bars and a nice high road with great cheap, local restaurants, gym and other amenities

Lovely apartment building located easy walk to the Dog Park for great restaurants and fun people watching. Easy walk to San Antonio too and into the city. close to supermarket. great terrace for relaxing overseeing the stadium.

We had a great time there and everything we needed. We stayed in a room with a fan which was perfect because there are also some windows and there was enough fresh air. My favorite place was the terrace - it's super comfortable and you can find some hammocks. The internet worked fine, we got a Smart TV in our room and there is also a little place for working. We enjoyed the time with the owners, they are lovely. The neighborhood is nice and lovely too. There are some restaurants and shops. All in all a perfect stay!

Bed was very uncomfortable and we only had a cold shower. Kitchen didn't feel very clean and had limited utensils / pans (even less that were clean)

Location was close to San Antonio, which was nice to walk around and Parque del Perro which has lots of places to eat and drink. Felt like a very safe area but not much going on if you want to party

If you have a room facing the street it could get noisy.

Clean rooms and hot water! Staff is great! I asked to be moved to a room that wasnt facing the street because there was a lot of noise. And I was allowed to move which was a lot better.
