The hotel is basic nothing luxurious but the location, cleanliness of the room and the friendly host, Berta, was extremely nice. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Don't stay on the 2nd floor, since there is no insulation on the roof. The raindrop noise was so loud when the rain hit the plastic roof.

The location is right off the lake. There are many restaurants nearby, so the location is the best feature of this hotel. Room and facility are basic, but with the price you paid. It's a good value.

My room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the balcony. The internet was good. But the location was the best of all. I really enjoyed my stay.

The lady running the hotel is a sweetheart and did everything possible to accommodate us and make sure that we were comfortable. The building is secure, and the room is simple but had everything needed.

Wifi doesnt work very well. It didnt work in my room and public space was on and off, but its a small detail, other than that everything was perfect!

I arrived in the morning to leave my backpack and Berta gave me my room right away even if it was early. She is very kind. The hotel is a short walk to the center (5 min) so it is quiet enough to have a good sleep.

The shower was barely passable, with luke warm water. The top bed sheet was not big enough for the bed. The room had no outside window yet had an opening windown to the hallway which allowed noise from other guests & the staff to infiltrate our room easily. The room was quiet of street noise, yet noise from within the hotel including conversations in the hallway outside our room, loud TV from down the hall, buckets of water being tipped into what sounded like a very large tub late at night & loud doorbell ringing late at night & early in the morning was disappointing. No tea or coffee making facilities. I guess you get what you pay for. 🫤

Dangerous electrics in the bathroom, the electric shower head had exposed live wires connecting it to the plug, right above you showering, this made us very uncomfortable and we almost left. The plug socket in the bathroom next to the sink was also hanging from the wall, any splashing water could have hit the cables. The only socket in the bedroom was also hanging out the wall, inconveniently placed behind the mattress. There’s a light outside the room which constantly switches on/off on a sensor all night long, perhaps a faulty sensor but shines straight through the thin curtain into the room. Also the windows are slatted glass and have huge gaps when closed between the panes. As this room was on the corner by the balcony, a lot of people sat right outside our door & window on the chairs/table, perhaps if it’s made a private area for that room only, it’ll prevent disturbances from other guests. If the owners sorts these issues out, it would have been a pleasant stay.

The location is good and the owner gave us a warm welcome, paid cash on arrival at the rate we booked. It’s not too noisy at night, we were in room 8 on the third floor corner by the street, there was some music from the boats but it stopped about 9pm. Short walk to restaurants and the main plaza.

The wifi didn’t work and the shower was cold. Our room was next to the reception so it was a bit noisy at night and in the morning, but overall fine

The room was good for a 1 night stay and the host was very warm and friendly. Great location about 10 min walk from the centre.

The room had a window only to the inside of the hostel. The shower was bad, cold water and with a kind of machine that heats the water and connected to the electricity and it seems dangerous. You can hear everything outside the room and people were talking loud until late and it was hard to sleep
