Very central, clean, friendly staff, close to restaurants and bars, shops are just around the corner. If you just want to rest during night and go around during the day in Guatape, it is a good choice, to stay in this place.

It's located a few meters from the Guatape main park, and the price you paid it's fair enough for staying one or two nights.

United KingdomBeds were rock solid and pillow was too had to ask for a replacement. Tv was not a smart tv so wasn't actually functional unless you wanted 5 channels of random colombian day time tv. Shower was not hot. Super loud on the street. Got woken up most the night as the rooms window wasn't a window just a hole in the wall with a strip or glass going across? People started drinking and playing music outside our room at 3am and the staff didn't reply when tried to message them and ask if they could shut them up. Many issues. Don't recommend if you want any form of comfort or a good night sleep or just to chill out in evenings if you didn't want to go out. Place smelt odd too.

Russia1. It’s NOT family friendly especially if going there with kids younger than 10. 2. The room was on a fifth floor with no elevator and poor conditions of paint and maintenance. Every time going up or down was an ordeal for the knees. 3. Not even a bottle of water was offered upon arrival; no possibility to warm water for a drink or coffee nor drinking water in the lobby. 4. There was a cockroach by the entrance of the shower and toilet. 5. On the terrace outside the room there is a sewer pipe that had no cover and every time other guests used and flushed the toilets we felt as though they had just farted right next to us. Disgusting.
The location was good near everything. There is warm water.

United KingdomThe only window in the rooms faces onto the main passageway/corridor of the hotel and we were kept awake by consistent loud talking and children running up and down til late at night and very early in the morning. It felt as though we were forgotten guests in a family home and not in a hotel. It was very frustrating and ruined our stay, as the one thing you'd expect to get for your money is to be able to sleep. The shower door was also broken and didn't slide open/shut properly and I got stuck in the shower - it was very dangerous to get back open as it is glass!
The location is very convenient and central to the town.

GreeceEven though our booking was for a double room with balcony, once we were there the receptionist told us that there is only one room with balcony in the property. We finally Checked-in at 5:30pm (because the room wasn’t ready) & we got a room with no balcony. Very noisy position since there are many bars just below the hotel, we couldn’t sleep any night. The staff didn’t speak any English- it was hard to communicate even for the basic things!
The hotel was clean & located in a very central position, close to the main square!
