We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaMy room close to entrance was bad. Loud people couldnt sleep properly and quietly as people come in and out being loud with no respect whos sleeping or whos up but thats how theyre raised probably thats their life for sure. Stuff need to be quiet as theyre loud chitchatting early birds 6 or 7am laughing loud! Quiet people sleeping. Also most of importantly stuff need to warm dumbasses not to put music loud after 12 as its not a private hotel. Rooms everywhere keep quiet but stuff dont do it. This dude from bulk beds room had his music at 1 to 3am lol obviously hes there 1 day and bye dudnt give a shit now stuff your job comes here. Shush people sleeping! I dont care music good. Buttttt thats it for now. Am world traveler if i write stories i would have Books and novels people physically and se*ually for God sake 🤦🏻♂️🤣✌🏼.

Trinidad and TobagoI booked the hotel on short notice. Got there only to find this place is more a " by the hour hotel" than a place to stay more than that. I booked two rooms. Both had mould on the walls.one room was missing a toilet seat in the bath room. This hotel is based on a busy street and is frequented by hourly guests. They have to be buzzed in. The buzzer is very loud. Every one in the building know a potential guest is trying to get in.
This hotel does not offer breakfast.
