The staff was so sweet to my daughter & gave her cake for her birthday. Breakfast was lovely and the location is quiet but it’s very easy to walk to busier areas!

The first room we have been into was very nice and big but there were no windows that you could open nor ventilation in the bathroom. Overall, the wifi connection wasn't very stable.

The hotel overall is very nice, with big and comfortable rooms (beds are amazing), a nice breakfast and in a nice position (10 minutes walk away from all the restaurants and cute streets of El Poblado).

The noise! Doors are made of paper. Cheapest doors on the planet. I dont understand, the quality is very high except for doors. You can hear every conversation Also breakfast is ok, not very organised

They had to change rooms because the sink of the first one was leaking. The second room was bigger but it was under the stairs and the noice was unbearable. I couldn't sleep. In both rooms the cleanness was beneath expectations. The bathrooms are tiny and the pillows are too hard. There are no windows in the rooms so they feel like a cave. The lighting is non-friendly because it is a white harsh light.

I like almost everything, from the staff to the room and the breakfast. Shoutout to Marisol, Helena and Guadalupe, just great and warm people who made things better. On the room I just have to say is comfy but missing a desk or chair to at least put in a computer and work. Room was always clean, hot water, nice A/C and the TV worked fine. Location was super convenient to the office I had to went to work, you can go almost everywhere walking and because it was downhill is easy. Also for the restaurants and night life is right next to it! Price reasonable for a week stay and not too crowded.

Staff are unhelpful, unfriendly and clueless. Sink in the bathroom flooded and they didn’t fix it, gave me a mop to sort out.

I’m doing my second review for this hotel as I booked several rooms for my stay and wanted to fair and punctual about the experience. Checkin took 45 minutes where the staff member who checked me in told me I was obligated to pay IVA tax that is for Colombian tax payers. I explained several times that because I am a U.S resident, I don’t have to pay this tax. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Colombia and Medellín specifically and was never charged for this. He then said I had to pay this tax with cash which I found odd. After the 45 minute wait for checkin he said he’d do me the favor of letting me pay with card. It was hostile and unwilling to understand. The overall experience of the hotel felt advantageous. We were charged multiple additional fees for things that made us feel taken advantage of. During our stay there were times we had to wait outside the hotel because there was no one at the door. There wasn’t one night we were able to sleep properly due to excessive noise coming from staff members yelling at each other. One morning our room door was opened by cleaning staff while we were sleeping and it startled us a lot. We then heard her talk loudly about the incident all morning. I was later asked by staff members about who was in my room after she entered it without permission. I was also not violating any hotel policy but felt policed and with my privacy violated. I will say that after my initial complaint, the staff reduced their noise significantly and it was a better sleep experience. But was asked about my review by a staff member which was awkward. Overall I think it’s an ok hotel for a stay. I wouldn’t recommend. Not comparable price wise with installations and mostly staff treatment and Hotel Admin. For $10 dollars more per night you can stay at a much better place.

Location is good. Not in a very loud or busy area. There’s an OXXO store very close by which is great for snacks and needs. Like a 7-eleven

Staff was very hostile and advantageous about fees. I was charged a 5 dollar fee for a 10 minute delay on checkout. However was left outside for 15 minutes late at night with instruments because there was nobody at the front desk and the door was locked. Sleeping was impossible. The staff has very loud conversations through the halls and yell at each other from corners and the noise is impossible to bear. There are also constant phone conversation from staff members on speaker phone that make it impossible to sleep or watch tv. There was never hot water available for tea, breakfast was not good and the room cleanses was ok. I’ve stayed at many places in the area as I travel here for work a lot. Comparing prices and location, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

No lift, the room smelled as it didn’t have windows, the receptionist girl wasn’t very nice. Very poor breakfast. DONT YOU STAY IN THIS HOTEL, may look cute but its just the pictures tbh
