Place states there is a Gym. It's just an outdoor area with bars.

Great views from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food from the restaurant was delicious and the portions were generous. Overall a great place to stay. We came by mototaxi which was a bit hairy. We decided to walk back to Minca rather than motobike it. Glad we did. Managed to see Howler monkeys on our way down.

The hotel is quite far from Minca (25mins) which means a £28 taxi each time you go into Minca/the surrounding areas

There were a lot of mosquitoes but that has nothing to do with the Hostel ofcourse

It was clean, the breakfast was great and the view was beautiful. One of the best stays of our trip. Nice swimming pool (really refreshing) and also very nice that they offer room service.

They need to be more specific about the road conditions and really emphasize that you must have a 4x4. When it was explained at first it seemed more like a suggestion than a requirement. But, boy! It is required

It is a hidden gem. Amazing views, amazing staff, good comfortable rooms, great food! Surrounded by nature

The price of food and drinks was quite expensive with plenty of items marked at 50,000-70,000. You also have to arrange your own transportation from the village of Minca which takes around 40 mins on a 4x4 at 140,000 each way. I was charged 15,000 for a broken glass, an additional 5,000 for extras that are written in a subtle way in the menu. I mean, it was fine...just really expensive.

Breathtaking view of the mountains and you can see Santa Marta and the sea. Property is quite green. I stayed in the "superior" cabin and ot was worth it as it felt a little more private. I was met at arrival at the gate. Staff was very attentive.

The shared cabañas have no sound wall - so be ready to share every sound with the dorms next to you. It was not worth the price we paid as a family (paid for 6 beds and we were 4). Adding with the cost of GETTING there, it was the most expensive stay of our trip. The cascada (the main thing to do around) is not so impressive.. Also the place advertise late check in, but their gate close at 7pm. We were really stressed about this with our 2 young kids, gladly got on site à 7pm sharp. We wanted to cancel the same day because we were affraid of not getting there on time but they take a prepayment so we had already pay…

Beautiful place with amazing view. Amazing staff, truly. Good food but be ready to wait it is very slow.

Their were a few details that could have been shared on the website before hand and the prices for everything except cocktails were a little steep but in a remote location on top of the mountain it's to be expected.

The location, the view from the room, the food, the cocktails, the friendly staff, the free guide to the waterfall, the swimming pool, the dogs, the design.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The pool is completely natural, the private cabins are very romantic, and there are these incredible nets you can lay on to watch the sunset and stargaze at night. The restaurant has a very delicious menu with lots of gluten free options. The windows in the cabins have screens which is good to keep the bugs out. The view from the pool is enchanting. You have to try this house specialty chocolate-coffee martini. It was one of the best drinks I have tasted. The staff was very accommodating and kind to us. A special shout out to Yaneris for helping me get a thermos of hot water for my nighttime tea. A special shout out to Fabián for helping me and my partner find this hidden waterfall and helping us find the trail. Overall an incredible place, definitely worth paying the extra money for the transportation to get to Campano.

The place was beautiful, surrounded by mountains, a really pretty spot. The hotel staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and staying in a tent accommodation was an experience. Getting to the hostel was also an adventure, on motorcycle, which was a little scary.

It is a TREK to get there and really removed from the sites of Minca unless you are okay paying to go back and forth (but it can get pricey and it's about 40 minutes one way). You need to bring the most high octane mosquito and bug repellant - they are intense.

The location was stunning, the staff were exceptional, and the food at the restaurant was pretty great. The views are really hard to beat. They have these really cool lounging nets to hang out in and a spring water pool. If you like dogs and cats, there are a few and they're all pretty friendly.

Absolutely stunning views!!! Whether from looking out from our room, the restaurant or the pool/bar, there were spectacular vistas of the Sierra Nevadas all around. Staff were awesome, really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Chilly at night but we loved that and they have extra blankets if needed. Giant hammock for lounging by reception area - we very much enjoyed stargazing and the view of Santa Marta all lit up at night from it. Rooms are not bug/mosquito proof though, so bring your bug spray! The pool is cold so get your swimming in during the daylight unless you're looking for a cold plunge. Food was very tasty. We saw many birds flying from tree to tree, including toucans, as well as moths & butterflies while there (only 1 night but we wish we could've stayed at least 2 more nights). The ride up the mountain is an adventure of its own, its very high up on narrow switchbacks. Be prepared to hire a 4x4 transport (150,000 k each way from Minca) to get there. Do not try to arrange a ride through uber or moto taxis. Uber wouldn't take us past Minca and though our mototaxis tried their best, they were not able to make it up the mountain much beyond the pavement as it had rained the day before and the road was pure mud. If it's rained at all in the last 72 hours, you'll probably end up hiking it the rest of the way (we learned this the hard way lol). Hotel can help you arrange an appropriate ride if you contact them a day in advance.

Biting flies, bring long trousers. No towels in the most expensive rooms overlooking the city of Santa Marta.

View, view and view! Excellent. Adventurous ride to the hotel from Minca on motorbikes (35 000 pesos per person). We read the reviews so we had no problem getting there and back. Free morning walk to the waterfalls with local guide. Helpful staff.

It’s very isolated. Unless you have access to a 4x4, you are captive there for your stay, and have to eat and drink at their facilities (which were good). But we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. If we had a fridge in the room for beverages and snacks, it would have been even better.

The view is exceptional. We loved our cabin balcony. We went on a free guided hike to a waterfall, which they offer every morning.
