We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandWe stayed here for three nights, and were really happy with our stay. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Andrés speaks good english, Juan was very helpful as well and used translator when needed :) Andrés went above and beyond to help us fix a safe and reliable transport to our next destination. Thank you for that! Things we liked: - Affordable price! - The room was exactly as in the pictures. Nice layout and furniture, cozy - Helpful staff - Breakfast included - Central location We liked everything, but here are a few things good to know: - No hot water and low water pressure (which is normal around here, and not a big deal because of the hot weather) - Right outside there are a few homeless people, that might seem a bit sketchy. Juan said that they're not harmful, but just keep your eyes open and aware of them. - Pool is quite small, but enough for a quick dip after a hot day :) Thank you to all, will recommend it to others!

GermanySince our room was the first one directly next to the entrance with the “window” to the street (there was no window glass in it) we couldn’t sleep at all! It was so loud and noisy all night long until 6am (music, party, people fighting, vendors etc.)

United KingdomUnfortunately we fell unlucky with our room. We stayed when there was huge amounts of rain and in the middle of the night the room started leaking all down the walls and on the floor (soaking my bag). We noticed that we were getting a LOT of bug bites in the room too and I think maybe the dampness was attracting the mosquitoes. Additionally, we stayed on a Friday and Saturday and all you could hear was loud base and music from nearby bars that didn’t stop until 4am. So we had an awful stay overall but I don’t want to completely bash the hotel, we may have just fallen unlucky.
The location was good, close to everything we needed and the staff were all lovely and accommodating. They allowed us an hours later check out.
