What I liked about the hotel: • Excellent location, very close to all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and strategic areas. • The breakfast was good and served quickly. • Excellent service from the staff, who were always attentive and helpful. • The rooms have a nice design and were very clean.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The main issues were that the rooms were very noisy, and there was a lot of disturbance late at night, making it hard to rest. Additionally, there was no water available for an entire day, which was very uncomfortable as it was impossible to properly maintain hygiene. The beds were extremely hard, so it was not possible to have a comfortable rest. Finally, there were not enough outlets near the beds to charge electronic devices conveniently.

Hotel claims to have a hotel shuttle . they don't . I book this hotel regardless the fact I was only staying from 5 pm until midnight just for that service.

Everything, the staff, the facilities, the location and the breakfast. Everything was 10/10

The street isn't as safe as ones closer to the center, but this isn't the fault of the hotel. The A/C was also dated and was quite noisy at night.

Small hotel in a great location, within a few minutes' walk to everything you need and the departure point for most activities: great staff, and qa nice large room with quality amenities.

Not much to say.

The staff were very friendly & helpful despite having limited English & us having limited Spanish. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Well located in El Pobaldo.

Could get lots at night from nearby restaurants / street traffic

The room was extremely clean and the rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub were very nice touches. It is in a great location near fun restaurants and bar. You can walk to the Poblado metro easily.

The breakfast should have fresh juice and better coffee. However, the rest- eggs, arepas, cheese was a nice standard Colombian breakfast.

Window-less room. No soundproofing.
