It’s a very nice place in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and bar options. The hotel staffs are very warm and welcoming. The room may not be very sound proofed but in general there is no loud noises during sleeping times and people don’t speak loudly in open areas so it’s not a big problem for me.

A bit cold, door to corridor not well insulated so could see light from corridor and hear some guest noise, but still generally quiet. Small details that could be improved :)

The fact that we have to bother the staff to open the main gate every time which is a bit awkward. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We stayed at hotel Lucitania end of June 2025 and had an amazing experience. It's a small boutique hotel in the heart of Chapinero - a nice and safe district with lots of restaurants and bars. The interior design of the hotel is very thought through and makes you feel very comfortable from the start. The rooms are absolutely clean (with daily room service) and everything is very well maintained. My personal highlight were the bed with a super-comfortable mattress, pillows and sheets; and the shower that had instantly hot water and a very good water pressure. Overall we can absolutely recommend this hotel!

The description of the room I rented said they had a hairdryer and ironing facilities. The room didn't have either. In contrast to how beautiful the hotel seemed to me, I must sadly mention something truly unpleasant. On my second-to-last day in Bogota, we met an elderly gentleman at the hotel entrance who didn't even respond to our good afternoon greeting; instead, he stared at us insistently and without any concealment, with an inquisitorial and disdainful expression. This rather obscure person, by the way, was able to emanate all the meanness and misery from his soul in the 20 seconds of our encounter without saying a single word. I don't believe that someone without the slightest standard of respect for others, who at 70 years old appears to have learned very little about life, should coexist or be around those of us who have paid to have a different kind of experience. Payment from which he benefits, since this person is the owner of the hotel and lives there.

This hotel, in the center of Chapinero's neighborhood, is really special not only for its location, but also for its exquisite decoration, and the high human quality of its staff. I must thank all of them for the dedicated attention I have received, in special to Estela that illuminated each of our days with her sincere and infinite smile, giving us suggestion on where to go and how to do it. I think if each place of this planet had a Estela, the world would be a better place.

I encountered a stray hair in the shower, but otherwise, everything was spotless.

I am often in Bogotá for meetings. This hotel is in the Quita Camacho neighborhood, close to the Avenida Chile financial district, Zona G, and other destinations. It is a great place to stay when you need to be in this area. I am fortunate to have found it, and will be returning.

Maybe for some people it's a bit too noisy.

The hotel is centrally located in Zone G. There's a 24-hour reception, which is very convenient – even an early check-out is no problem. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. They are a bit noisy, but I personally didn’t mind. A nice touch: fresh shampoo and soap were always provided. I felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again!

For security, you must be buzzed in and out of the hotel gate. Not really a negative, just felt bad having to bother them when I came and went.

The staff were very patient with my elementary (probably more childlike) Spanish. The hotel is close to Transmilenio and connecting routes. A lot of fun restaurants around. The street is quiet but you’re not far from the action.

The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the Chapinero. Unassuming from the outside, but inside there are lovely friendly staff, a beautifully designed lobby and a tropical garden. Our room has everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. In the surrounding are cool ‘hipster-ish’ coffee houses and some really good restaurants. We much preferred this area to the Candelaria.

We' ve been in november , and in the night outside were 9- 10 degrees, no heater in the room,but the pillow warm enough.

In Chapinero , near many restaurants and coffee shops , also near Andino mall. The lady at the reception very helpfull and nice. In one room we didn' t received slippers but everyday they refill the biscuits ( yummy)!
