I like everything good service awesome place to be just for relaxing to get away

There is nothing bad to say

Place was clean, the pools were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great every morning. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. Lunch and dinner were also very good. This is my second stay at this location and I would come back again. Note: I stayed in the main hotel.

I was completely satisfied with our stay.

The receptionist was kind.

The air conditioning was not working, which is really uncomfortable with the high temperatures of the town.

Very hard, caved into center, no blankets. • AC Air conditioner noise like a truck running in the room all night. • AC Fan blades completely covered in dust, mold, mildew. • AC mold and mildew lining airway from fan • Mantle: dust and dead bugs under fan • administration inattentive and weakly responsive • Breakfast very simple (eggs are good, but small portion). No butter. No marmalade. Old toast premade sits out in a stack. • Pool is very pretty and has nice chairs. • Pool is not sufficiently filtering… maybe run pump more frequently. There’s a film like dead skin or sunscreen floating on top. Towels inconveniently located behind an unattended bar - find staff and ask. • Noise from street •3 three rooms each with different problems: and I’m not picky. First the first room wasn’t at all what I booked. It was their cheapest room right next to the pool area. It’s not possible to open up your window and have privacy. The next room had nice windows on the second floor in the layout was OK., But there was insect bait on the sink walls and towel - toilet wasn’t cleaned. And the air conditioner didn’t work at all. The third room was directly in front of a store, noisy, and the air conditioner was like a freight truck running all night long. • no chair in bedroom • showers have two handles, BUT hotel said they do NOT offer hot water • 1 electric outlet under night table. • 1 electric outlet under TV table. • Noticeable mold on wall above toilet

It has a great location that you can easily take a bus or walk from downtown

Was quite loud and the room was tiny

Nice hotel, recently renovated. There were some beautiful murals and the place looked very nice. We had a good room, of decent size and working air conditioning. Pretty view to the pool.

Breakfast was good but there wasn't much. Some fruit, eggs or sandwich of your choice and a cup of coffee. We were particularly annoyed about the billing, as for the first time in eight years traveling to Colombia we were charged "taxes" of 19%, supposedly because my partner is Colombian. Neither of us reside in Colombia though and the tax should not apply. The property insisted on charging us this tax. In order to pull off this scam they changed the bill to the name of my partner although the payment came from my card. The final bill contained the correct amount, but the tax was not listed. I It is quite obvious that the hotel does this regularly and that they are not passing on the tax to the government.
