The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic center. The hotel is beautiful, well-decorated, and very warm. The staff is super nice and helpful. Special mention to the breakfast, which is excellent.

It was cold and no heating system. But they told us that they will fix this so ask before you go.

Very clean, good location, good breakfast, long breakfast hours. The staff speaks english and the french manager was super friendly. The rooms were also big. They also have a Hostel on the other side of the street and they have activities there. We entered a Salsa class there and it was very nice. We get all we expected...

The location is perfect in the heart of the historic district. I always felt safe. There are a lot of things within easy walking distance whether restaurants, museums, graffiti etc. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Bed was huge maybe a little hard for me but comfortable. WiFi worked well. Lots of options on the TV. We booked the room with the terrace and the views were great. Extremely satisfied with our stay.

Our room was very beautiful, however, all of the windows were facing the inner courtyard and therefore there was no fresh air and it was a little noisy in the mornings.

The place is very beautifully done, the interior is wonderful, perfect location in the old town, we really liked the breakfast. Would definitely book again if we could swap the rooms.

Just, it's cold in the cold season. You can heat it with an electric radiator, but it's cold, and there's nothing you can do about it.

It's a very nice renovated colonial mansion. The terrace is cool too. Breakfast was nice as well.

The room was claustrophobic with a window to the hallway and an internal "terrace" with a view of nothing, both of which were left unused. No wardrobe but some kind of fixture. I was cold in the room - no heating. Breakfast was poor - not fresh products, and on at least one day the staff member did not provide correct information about what could be ordered.

The hotel is in an excellent location, new, beautiful, decorated, the room is clean, bright and has parquet flooring and real wood furniture.

Beautiful hotel & cosy apartment with a terrace with wonderful view over Bogotá &Monserrate. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Great location at the heart of la Candelaria. Close to all touristic places to go to, museums, churches, hills, and great restaurants.

The hotel is amazing, spacious rooms and very clean. I assume it is a new hotel and the value you get for the price is fantastic! Location is great, many shops and restaurants closeby and the main walking street is easily reachable. The staff is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful new hotel. The location was great to explore the historic district. The decor was tastefully done and the room comfortable. We had to depart before breakfast so were given a large packaged breakfast instead.

There’s nothing I can fault

This is such a beautiful property, no expense has been spared, making this a great experience to stay in, the bathroom is fantastic(best shower I’ve come across all over Colombia) towels soft and fluffy hairdryer good, The room is spacious amazing woodwork to shutters doors and floors, big comfortable bed, flat screen smart tv, and good WiFi in rooms. Nice seating area and great location. Good selection at breakfast. Reception spoke good English . Tried hard to find fault but couldn’t!

Keep in mind the name listed is misleading, there is a second property across the street that is from Masaya. Really, this should be called Camelia. There are no elevators in the property. Bathroom tended to be a bit humid most of the time

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the historic downtown in Bogota. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, amenities are pretty good. Breakfast is pretty good and is made to order and very fresh with enough options for most tastes Although Bogota is large, we were within a few minutes of most touristic spots we were interested in, which was really nice

The place is beautiful, brand new, but it feels kind of abandoned. It lacked soul. I did not see any staff around in the evening, and the people I saw during the day, while kind, seemed detached, unavailable.

The location is great. The breakfast is outstanding. The place right across the street from it serves an amazing lunch. The woman serving breakfast was also excellent.
