Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rooms are on the smaller side. Not spacious, and one of the rooms had no windows, just faced the hallway. If your using it as a quick stop it works, I would pick another hotel if it was a full vacation stay.
This is a value option. Stayed two days with family to be close to the airport. Rooms are clean and location is great, you can walk to restaurants and the Jardin Mall. Staff was great.

The place is cozy and real clean, the STAFF is awsome. They serve good breakfast in the morning. The seruonding área near the hotel are beautiful and plenty of shopping oportunities.

United StatesThere was no air conditioning, the toilet seat broke off, shower was gereatn except water ran all over the bathroom floor. Room was very small. Price listed on Booking.com was one price, but the hotel charged an additonal amount and said the ad was incorrect.
Only had coffee. Expected breakfast to be available without needing assistance.

ColombiaBreakfast, they could improve, because it was on a terrace, was a bit cold, the coffee was instant coffee, and the hot water was not really hot.
The location was near shopping and malls, plus was quiet despite being near the airport.
