Just the third host was an aged woman and was not kind, was always like mad and like anything you do bothers her. Did not want to have any light on. Makes us feel uncomfortable.

This is a cute, quiet, clean and super friendly little hotel very close to the south bus terminal and in a great neighborhood with excellent food (very comfortable to walk about or grab an inexpensive taxi to another part of town). Absolutely loved Natalia (Colombian hospitality is so wonderful!). Excellent value for money - and the breakfast is delicious!!! Would highly recommend!

Natalia was so amazing to us and very helpful. We ended up staying an extra night because our flight to El Valle got cancelled and Natalia welcomed us back so quickly and friendly. The room was clean and location was perfect for us because the area has loads of local food options, it's short car ride to the airport and safe to wander around the area. The breakfast was also fantastic! Totally recommend staying here!

Well the staff were friendly and good breakfast is great just the same daily breakfast but for thr price is good i can't complain locations are fine on google maps everything u can find and the uber and taxi are good for ur transport. Also there's a mini market around the block and a big supermarket in the back.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Best shower water pressure we have had in five weeks in Colombia. Good location if you are arriving at/departing from the south bus terminal. Good breakfast. We liked the residential Christo Rey neighborhood. Three blocks to the park where you can find street food and many restaurants.

The rooms might be a bit small for some people but it wasn't a very big deal to us.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were very clean and the showers had great pressure. They also provided a delicious breakfast each morning.

The cleaner was talking by phone while cleaning and she woke me up as the hotel has echo . I could also hear the person sleeping in front of my room listening to music (and the music was not even loud ) . Overpriced considering the area and you can’t even pay by card . Which makes it diffficult and very inconvenient when being a tourist in colombia .

There was only one towel and although clean, it was a little worn out with a hole in it.

Convenient for the domestic airport. The room was clean and although basic, perfect for a one night stay for the airport and southern bus terminal. There are no staff on site, but the contact centre are available 24/7 on WhatsApp and provided is with all the access information we needed.

Room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. All the rooms face the internal hallway so there's no windows with external views. Paper thin walls so you hear everything in the hotel including the cleaners around 6am in the morning.

Very basic budget hotel in a residential part of Medellin, 5mins Uber to Poblado metro station. Daily breakfast of arepa and scrambled eggs was nice.
