We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing that I could complain about is that there is a distribution center across the street and it's a little noise in the early morning. I've been here 5 nights so far, and it only woke me up once. That's no fault of the hotel it just takes a little away from the location. I would still recommend it..
I tend to like the bigger hotels because they don't try to overcharge you. The staff is much more professional and accommodating. My bad spanish speaking is a henderrance for everyone, including me. The hotel is clean and pretty nice. They have an elevator which makes it convenient when you travel with too much luggage. All in all, it's a fairly good value. I would recommend, especially with the rooms with a window, and the fan is awesome.

United StatesCash payments only. Not the best are to stay in Medellin. Area very busy starting at 1-2 a.m. next-door wholesale trucks loading and unloading merchandise. You can deal with noise: but, can't avoid truck diesel fumes. And, area close to red district that has its own consequences with other costumers and their companions check in. Even locals, especially female hotel clients, checked out after one evening.
Good price. Close to metro.

CyprusIn the night lots of little cockroaches come out all around the floors. The 3rd night there Thursday was a big party in 1 of the hotel rooms at 1 point they stopped the music at around 3 am but then shortly after continued until 7am.

United StatesCons: the hostel administrator earned the nickname the invisible man. He was not readily accessible. The check in process was horrible. I and another Colombian gentleman named Oscar stood out in the rain and cold trying to gain access into the property. There was no human available in the hostel after 8:30pm. Travelers are tried, sleepy, and stressed out. This definitely needs to be improved. I actually got to meet the hostel administrator/ employee the next day and he did help me with an Uber. I would not stay at this property again until the check-in process improves. Rating 5.
I liked the cook/ cleaning lady. The breakfast was very good.
